Rock Solid Mobile Repair

2nd time I used company for on site trailer repair. I was not able to issue electronic payment which I made them aware of. They charges an additional 450.00 for tech waiting for payment without warning or caution. I feel like we were stolen from they threatened to tow trailer from off site location. NEVER EVER AGAIN.

They did change clutch for me on Freightliner. They accept our part in order to avoid waiting time for order it. They did post as about every progress on the job and they have fair pricing. I will definitely use them again.

I came in to have my radiator replaced. The staff were very friendly and took good care of me. I was only down for one day. I came in 3pm Wednesday and was out the next day by 430 pm.

Rock Solid fixed my Fifth Wheel RV on the side of I-20 outside of Chatanooga and got me back on the road with my family in no time! I can’t thank them enough for their service! I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a mobile repair on RV’s! Thank you!!

I've used them twice and have an rv that's old enough to drink and they always have figured out a way to fix it even if we can't get that specific part. It's wild! Highly recommend!

This place is a money grab if I've ever seen one. Charged me $60/tire to change out 4 tires, when everyone else on the planet, including TA/LOVES is $30-40 per tire. They will never get any more of my money. They're a fine example of what being crooked looks like, charging over-retail prices to people in a bad situation. They didn't tell me about the $60 robbery price until after they'd started. I thought I'd found a good/honest diesel shop, and was about to drop thousands more on work for my truck and the rest of my fleet, but I will keep looking. Thankfully I was able to stop the work before all 4 tires were done, but they still did two of them. Since when does a tire guy get paid $240/hr? It wasn't even a one hour job, and I'm all for making a profit, but not at the expense of being able to sleep at night. Please don't get any work done here, unless you have very deep pockets and don't care what it costs. This place is the enemy of the owner/operator and small business owner.

Friday night 9pm. Google shows the company to be 24/7. Called the number and got what sounded like an answering service. And after speaking with the lady on the phone. And explained that I have been trying to help someone find a roadside service she then asks for my info and land marks near me. After already explaining to her that it wasn’t for me. She then asks me if this can wait till Monday morning when the shop opens. And after telling her again that the person is broken down and needs help now she then Says ok I will pass your info over to someone who can "click" she hung up on me…….. idk what the hell that was about. And it definitely wasn’t a good experience! Keep looking if yall need anything done to your vehicles/trailers.
