Sam's Club

The curbside pick up option is ridiculous. Why offer this service if you're not going to provide enough parking spaces for it? I enjoy being yelled at by people, on a Sunday afternoon, because I'm waiting for a designated pick up space and there are none. You've got a whole empty parking lot on the side, why not move curbside pick up there? Doubt I'll utilize this, or bother driving up from Dalton, again. Not worth the waste of time and gas when we've got 3 Walmart stores there. And you have to choose a pickup time and they text you repeatedly that your order is ready but take 15+ minutes to bring it out.

The Auto center at this Sam’s Club really is five star. Last week I pulled up and they helped me put on my elderly father‘s windshield wipers. This morning his trunk stuck shut. I pulled up and they all figured out how to get it back open. They were cheerful, helpful, and professional! Good work guys!

First time visiting and ended up becoming a member as they were offering a good deal. Customer Service was very helpful and showed me how to use the self scanner which saved me from having to wait in the checkout line and had additional cost savings

You absolutely CAN NOT PROVIDE pick up service if you do not enforce pick up parking. Every time I come to pick up my items all of the pickup spots are taken by shoppers who are inside. You need to move those pick parking spots to the side of the back of the building if you ever expect your pickup service to function. On the weekends it's pure gridlock in your parking lot. On a positive note; your employees are very friendly and helpful!

The female and male employees who work in the cafe on 11/14 at 12:55 are very rude. I did a scan to go order on pizzas and the guy tried to put them on plates cuz they had no more boxes. I asked him if he could put the 3 slices of pizzas in one big box. The female and him was upset cuz they didnt want to put them in a bigger box. Telling me thats a big box rolling their eyes. Im sorry but those are big pizzas and i will not have open plates of pizzas in my car. If its to much for them to do something so simple, then you guys need better employees.

I was in the store as a first time experience. When I walked in, there was a nice lady that got me a cart and welcomed me. After I finished shopping, the same lady was at the exit. As a first timer, I went through a register. There was a very slow girl that checked me out. But, she missed my water on the bottom of my cart. The lady at the exit was very patient in helping me do the scan and go, setting it up on my phone. I wish more retailers had employees like the lady who helped me. I plan on coming back a lot more because of her. Her name was Louise I believe. She's a gem. Thank you Sam's Club for such a wonderful shopping experience.

Went to get gas today and there was an issue with the app, shocker (not really). The attendant came by and provided his card and then we put our debit card in the pump. it was working until it wasn’t. it stopped after $5 and then when i got the attendant and told him it stopped working he had me try again. he stated that the pumps do that when you put the pump too far in your tank. i never heard that before and it hasn’t happened until now. at this point i realized that Sams club took $100 out of my account. when i asked he said "oh it will do that" i asked when it would be back in my account and he said tomorrow. when you try to call the customer service line, no one answers. honestly horrible customer service from the store, the attendant was at least nice and tried to be helpful.
