Since the new staff came here, the service has went up 900 percent. Ask for Michael and you will be taken care of the way you deserved to be. I just wish they could keep staff longer than a month.

Michael was very friendly but he needs more help. I had to wait 15-20 min just to pick up a part that I ordered. A line formed behind me and the phone was ringing constantly, he put them on hold the entire time I was there. It’s kind of crazy that Tesla doesn’t seem to care more about customer experience in the service dept. There’s much to desire here, especially when you’re dealing with expensive cars.

The service department here is completely mismanaged. I was told I could come in Monday to purchase a charger, only to find out after wasting 2.5 hours of my day that they couldn’t sell it to me. Apparently, only one person has the permissions to sell chargers—and he was off. On top of that, when I arrived, I had to wait 20 minutes just to be told they couldn’t help me because there was only one person working the counter. This is unacceptable and shows a serious lack of organization and customer service.

This service center is completely mismanaged. They can’t keep a service manager and the staff is laid off every 6 months. Totally unacceptable for the brand… the only gem they had in customer service here is no longer with the company it seems

I’m using a friends email. I’m so late but from April 20th-25th they had my 2021 Model 3 performance in for a new RDU because mine failed (under warranty) and they were the most kindest service team you could ever ask for. Very informative and helpful. Huge thanks to Mike and his team for having my family and I in great hands while they fixed my issue, as well as let me know other issues I had with my model 3. Thank you

didnt have the car for 1 year yet it had alignment issues and tires were damaged from it. Had tire protection plan and they said it is caused from wear and tear so its not covered. Saw a lot of others also had vehicles delivered with alignment problem.

Very minimalistic office with room for one vehicle in the "showroom". It is almost jarring after visiting other car dealerships in that sales people are not tracking you but it may be a couple of minutes before someone comes to assist you. They use the Tesla app for the whole process. This includes ordering a car, evaluation and listing your trade in, arranging or listing your financing, most of the paperwork, and taking final delivery. The process was refreshing and we spent less than 30 minutes picking up our car and that included about 10 minutes of us setting the car up.
