Travis was wonderful!! Super knowledgeable and personable. Was able to get me in and out in under an hour with a new phone & accessories. We tried to get set up with Verizon Internet since I had it in the past but it is not available yet. Once it's ready, I'll come back to see Travis. Lovely store.

Came in for assistance that the bank refused to help. Was very upset with the lack of customer service and Travis Nead was very helpful and calmed me down. He helped me get my banking set up and assisted with updating passwords so I can run my business efficiently. Highly recommend the Chattanooga 58 Verizon store!

Came into the Verizon on highway 58 store because my phone had issues. I worked with Travis Nead and he was very kind and knowledgeable. He helped me remove apps and walked me through questions I had on the phone. Great Service! 10 stars!

Katie Henry and Ashton Whaley were both amazing today. Had bought new phones online and had problems with the eSIM card activation. They were both busy with customers and I had a car full of kids ready to do something more fun. They worked me in all while dealing with current customers, too. I have to say their multi-tasking skills were very impressive. I was extremely pleased with their help, all phones now work as expected and that was one on the best in store experiences I've ever had at a Verizon store...which is saying something as I've been a customer for over 21 years!

I went in for an upgrade and the dude literally was demanding me to buy a phone I didn’t want " you have to buy this phone bc you only have 20 gb left , you have to " well let me tell you I walked out without hesitation. And the best part I didn’t spent a single dime. You can’t force me to buy something I don’t want. They literally thirst for clients.

You bait customers with bold lies: "We’ll pay off your phone," "We’ll upgrade you," just to trap them into some ridiculous three-year contract. That’s what you did to me. And when I called it out? You shrugged, called it a mistake, and told me I’m still on the hook — full charges, extra fees, zero accountability. You’re not a company. You’re a greed-fueled machine, running on deception, preying on trust, and robbing people blind. And the worst part? You know exactly what you’re doing. So here’s how it’s going to go: I’ll drop a new review every day. Every platform. Every angle. Until someone wakes up or your PR team begs for silence. I have the receipts — photos, case numbers, all of it. You lied. You scammed me. And you’re doing it to thousands of others. Class action lawsuit? I’m in. Let’s make it hurt

Went into the Verizon store on highway 58 today and Jonah Butler helped me with my phone with a smile on his face. Thanks so much. I will definitely be back in the future!!
