Poor customer experience. Your shop says on the outside that you'll do free windshield wiper instalation with purchase. As soon as I asked the gentleman to do it, he muttered under his breath "well if you can't do it yourself." Didn't need the attitude. I most certainly can, but your store states you provide the service. It's definitely not the friendly car shop I remembered.

I went on 6/28/25 when they opened at 8 and they where unhelpful, rude, and lazy

Always have the part I need and at a good price.Get military discount. Friendly atmosphere. They help me with my battery .Ran test on battery which I had bought there 6 years ago .Found it bad .Lasted longer than any battery I have ever bought. I purchased a new one .They took old one out and installed new one . I would highly recommend them .

It's one of our two auto parts stores in my little community of Deep Creek here in Chesapeake Virginia. They always seem to have everything I need already in stock, so there's no waiting on a special order, even when I need some relatively obscure part. All of the staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. Exactly what you would expect from a little community like Deep Creek. I highly recommend them. They're going to have what you need at a great price, and friendly people to talk to and even have some fun joking around with them. I love this little Deep Creek community. Even if you don't know everyone"s name, you still recognize each other, and that's a rare place to find these days. Drop on by. They'll have what you're looking for, and they'll sell it to you with a smile, and a few good words to brighten your day!

Poor customer service here. "BUDDY" I recently called this location to get a price and they would pick up and hang up. So I tried again and same thing... Well after the 4th attempt they finally decided to take the call. At that point I needed a name that was very rude and disrespectful and poor phone etiquette BUDDY

Only went in for a few moments, however they helped us out and we're very kind. One woman didn't have a mask but once there were more customers she put one on. Very knowledgeable and helpful though 🙂

The two women on staff while I was there were pleasant and reasurring towards me and others. They offered suggestions on how I could save funds on selected items. They made my car maintenence simple. This store has become my favorite place to shop for auto parts.
