Eden Way Storage Center

This facility is very nice, clean and has good lighting. I had a unit rented for over a year and always felt safe going to grab things out of it. Employees are on location and available for questions.

Utilized this storage unit for the better part of 5 months and this place was awesome! The entrance gate always worked, it was never broken or just left open. I had a gound level indoor unit and getting in there was also easy as those entrances also worked like a charm. A vast amount of storage carts for assistance in transporting to/from unit/car. And the staff was always attentive. I would definitely utilize EdenWay Storage Center again for my future storage needs.

Dawn and Jenn are Outstanding!!! They called me to let me know I could transfer my two smaller units into an available larger unit, saving me over $200 a month. Very friendly and easy to work with. I have been with them for 3 years. Highly recommend!! Units and property are clean and secure with climate controlled units.

Rented from them a 3 years ago and they were great. Came back and they remembered me. Very helpful and nice ladies in the office. The storage facility is also very clean and easy to get around and seems to be pretty secure if you're looking around for something like that.

Solid place, just PCS'd from Hawaii and had to go on deployment as soon as I got here...did not want my car in the elements. I wanted peace of mind and Eden Way Storage provided that for me in a stressful time. The workers are helpful and they provide the lock for you. It's convenient to go in and access your unit when needed, highly recommend!

I’ve been using this storage company for over a year now and I have nothing but great things to say about my overall experience thus far. From the great customer service that I receive from Ms. Jen and the rest of the team is absolutely amazing each time. Even when I decided to downgrade the size of my original storage, I was able to seamlessly move out of it and into the smaller size which located on the same floor which made the moving process also very easy and painless. I’d recommend this storage company to anyone looking for one in the Hampton Roads/Chesapeake, VA area.
