Hawk Crawlspace & Foundation Repair

I went looking in my crawlspace for a water leak and found a horror scene. Bad leak, standing water and MOLD galore. I contacted 3 crawlspace companies and decided to go with Hawk, and so happy that we did! The team at Hawk Crawlspace exceeded our expectations. Sam Hunter came out and gave the estimate reached out to him multiple times afterwards and he always followed up with me, clearing up any concerns I had with the mold mitigation process vs their competitors. This is what separates Hawk from the competition. They don’t just spray the mold to make it "dormant" they get in there and scrub all the wood after they spray it and that’s ultimately why I chose Hawk. Allan and the BLUE TEAM showed up on time and went straight to work cleaning up the disgusting mess. They took pictures and showed me progress along the way. Day 1 was clean out and mold mitigation and the next day they showed up and did a full encapsulation. My crawlspace looks brand new! Before, I wouldn’t dare go down there. But now I wouldn’t hesitate to venture down there for any reason that may arise. The electrician on their team installed a light with a switch and new outlet to power the dehumidifier which has already made a huge improvement! The before and after pictures say it all. Let me just say first that this rating is 5 stars because that is the most I can give. This company is professional, fair priced and above all else, honest! Sam came out to our house and gave us a very thorough inspection and reasonable level of repairs needed to fix our crawlspace before encapsulation. After a quick termite assessment and treatment, we were quickly put on the schedule for the work to be completed. Gustavo, leading the Red crew from start to finish, is an absolute master carpenter and encapsulation installer. Here is where our story takes a little twist, that I believe most people might be turned off by a little, but is in fact another reason that I would highly recommend Hawk for whatever your needs are. In the first day of construction, the red crew noticed additional damage to a number of our joists, that was not there during the initial inspection and consultation. As it turns out, it was done during the termite inspection. I would argue that it was probably mostly cosmetic and not structural damage,but it revealed much older termite damage to a number of our joists. Hawk was not going to let this remain as acceptable. They fixed and/or replaced every damaged joist, at no cost to us, and furthermore did it without me having to even question "what comes next?" I have had a few dealings with contractors before and can assure you that is not how most contractors operate. Their work was in my opinion, nothing short of outstanding! I absolutely recommend Hawk to be your first call, and after meeting them, that will be the only call you will need to make.

Okay so I bought a house that had a foundation issue that was causing the floor to have a healthy sag in it. The team at hawk is amazing and went above and honestly beyond what they had to do. Me and my wife are extremely happy with the finished product and would like to give Brian a huge shout out for all he has done to help us through the process and answering any questions we had . Stephanie was also super polite and also answered all my questions regarding scheduling the work and payment. My testimony is this , if your having foundation issues this is the company you want . I will say its not cheap but neither is there work , professionalism and materials they use. I would also like to say thank you to the owner , 2 thumbs up.

Hawk Crawl Space and Foundation Repair has done an excellent job. From the salesman, Sam, to the crew that installed, we have had nothing but professional interactions. Even though we had an issue with the dehumidifier, the team has work tirelessly to resolve the problem. I highly recommend Hawk knowing that the entire team, including the office staff, value their customers. It has been refreshing to be working with a company that cares.

We recently had our crawlspace encapsulated after finding water and mold. Brett was the second contractor we met with and was very thorough in helping us understand the process but also his details helped us make the decision to use Hawk after meeting with multiple companies. The onsite crew was very hard working, cleaned as they went, and respectful of our house. The onsite project manager kept us updated and Brett was onsite to inspect and make sure everything was done correctly. I feel comfortable with this investment, quality of work performed, professionalism and recommend Hawk for foundation work.
