Very disappointed in the lack of help at the print counter. The associate was not very helpful, obviously busy, but seemed irritated that I didn’t understand their services. I came in under the impression that I could have images printed. After I understood that I couldn’t in the timeframe needed, nothing was offered… though I overheard her tell someone on the phone (as I was walking away) that there was a self service. I went back and asked about that and was given instructions that were pretty easy to follow…. BUT I waited for more than 7 minutes after I got started and entered my card info. -I asked for help and again she seemed irritated. I ultimately left the store without what I needed.

If i could give this fine establishment 10/5 stars i would workers are so kind and it is to tidy and clean and wow.. words cant describe the joy i feel once i step inside this store. its like entering heaven chicken jockey!!

I continue to have the pleasure of being assisted by Samarri the print manager, and I cannot say enough good things about her exceptional service. I print a lot of things for my church and she is always incredibly professional, patient, and attentive to my needs. Samarri goes above and beyond to help me and even offers helpful suggestions I didn’t consider. Thank you, Samarri, for your outstanding customer service! You truly make a difference. Kelly S.

Great service! The employees helped me with my order and made sure I was serviced! Very professional and nice!

I have a very special announcement coming up in which I needed a print order for. The online print ship was easy enough to navigate, however my order was canceled an hour before my scheduled pick up time. When I called to inquire why, the manager confirmed he cancelled my entire order, because one out of the two items were incorrectly placed under the wrong paper category. When I tried to ask about solutions/advice on which paper category to choose, his tone was extremely cold and quite frankly he came across as someone who was unwilling to help. It was shocking & not very becoming of a manager, but luckily I found another print shop with some employees who have stronger problem solving skills & a willingness to work.

Yesterday I came into this location with my husband to get programs printed for my father’s service. We were assisted by Cuavales and she was such a breath of fresh air. Her customer service was A1. She was very helpful and patient. I had so many questions and my brain was all over the place but she didn’t rush me or make me feel like I was an inconvenience. Great customer service is hard to find these days so I’m grateful to God for Cuavales’ help during this difficult time in my life.

Just want to give Kudos to Jacob in the Print Shop, Store #6207, on May 6, 2024. He did an AWESOME job in getting my reprint done so quickly. I really appreciated his professionalism, efficiency and promptness! Thanks so much
