I just rented a unit from here and I tell you it was the easiest process. No long drawn out process . Pam was absolutely amazing with a side of fantastic!! She was on point with everything answered all my questions. Pam initially called me from me making my reservation online and had me literally l SET UP WHEN I WALKED THROUGH THE DOORS . THERE prices are sweet I mean 24.00 for a 5x5 Get outta here they also have 24 hour access.. heck yeah and it's pin and gate protected..I definitely recommend Storage King over Public Storage

If I could leave negative stars I would. Very deceptive pricing. "Boss lady" is really nice and sweet but left out the fact that my rate increases after 4 months. I should've read the contract more but to not tell me that the rate is going to increase after 4 months is unprofessional. highly recommend finding other storage companies who are UP FRONT about pricing and don't leave it to the customer to understand their lease when the "Professional" is sitting right there. Very disappointed in my experience

Had an excellent renting/moving in experience. Got help even with the lock and all. Wit the little time I had I was able to accomplish it all and catch my flight out. Very pleased so far

Have had several units at the Western Branch Storage King over the years. They have ALWAYS been very good to me. Only recently secured another unit and they (especially Yaritza) were, as always, very professional & extremely helpful in finding me exactly what I needed in a space… the right size, location & price. Highly recommend this place!

This is my second time meeting Pam and both times have been a delight. She was very helpful with making sure everything was taken care of. I will definitely recommend others to use this storage facility. The customer Service is amazing!
