I am absolutely impressed with your staff particularly Shelby who guided me and kept me informed through the process. Quality work and found corrections making my RV safer and more efficient to drive. Very professional, talented and caring staff putting a five star image at the front of West Service Center.

Very happy with the service of this shop! I called ahead and asked if they could service my AC. They gave me the no hassle price over the phone. They were even able to accommodate me in a day earlier than originally offered! The service fast and the exact price they quoted me. I will definitely return to this shop for all my vehicle servicing!

West is a great service. I had no problems. They are easy to work with and true to their word, That's what really hooked me. I have lived in areas such as, New York, New Jersey, and New Orleans. Where the interactions were not congruent with the truth of service. I prefer to work and be serviced within the bounds of Truth. I will work with West Service anytime. MARVIN

State Inspections are "first come, first served" and I was pleased to have confirmed the West Service Center had an inspector on site. When I arrived, there were 2 vehicles ahead of me. I was in and out back on the road in 75 minutes. Awesome!

I took my SUV to West Service Center because of AC issues. They were Great. The customer service was excellent something you don't see much of these days. They did a Great job repairing my truck, and kept me updated during the whole process.

We were traveling from out of state on June 27, 2025 when our tire went flat from picking up a screw. We stopped at a tire repair shop and were informed they could not repair the tire. We then stopped at West Service Center, and despite the fact it was nearing closing hours on a Friday, they advised they would see what they could do. The folks at West Service Center repaired the tire and got us back on the road. The tire is still functioning properly. Great service when we really needed it.

I’ve had my car inspected here 2 years in a row now and they provide a great service and always have everything done very quickly. Extremely satisfied with their service and their fair prices.
