I JUST NEED TO TALK TO A PERSON. If I could give a negative 5 I would. Emergency means Emergency. Not keep listening to a dang recording offering options that are not emergencies!

Total disfunction. I've never seen so many employees walking around outside on the yard. I've been here an hour, appointment, they haven't started unloading and I've been told it will take an hour and a half to complete. I advised the receiver I could come in and help or Round up some slackers from outside to help him. Total lack of supervision. Unreal. So after being here 2 hours an employee asks if I can pull up 3 feet to be compliant with facility policy. ( disconnect and move 6 feet from trailer) I moved my truck. Nice to know 1 person is paying attention.

Amazon Flex Review: I have nothing but good things to say about the early AM (0300-0400) facility flex crew. They’re fast, efficient, organized, and always give a kind helpful vibe. I am in and out without issue every time!

The Deparment who always close the second parking lot at Amazon Flex, next to the where house, should find a job but counting rice grains, It doesn't take much intelligence to know that they should NOT close it.

I am sitting in the parking lot as I speak. I am always amazed at the level of detail put in this building for it's employees. They have ample space for every vehicle including a huge parking lot in the front of the building. They have an easy and accessible entrance into their facility. I like how they gear the inside entryway with encouraging words that is well thought out.

I love it here. Very clean and safe and organized. Good pay and benefits and the schedule works perfect for me. They also do a lot to keep the community involved and aware on events and things. Also you get paid to get in a good workout. Win win 🙂

I started during peak season. 5 12 hour shifts. I am a picker who goes around gathering products to be sent out to customers. The pace is grueling and can test even the most confident person. When they say you can walk 10-12 miles a day; they are not kidding. The work is not hard but don't expect to be directly supervised. You are the master of your own destiny. With 500 people doing the same job I am doing in a shift, don't expect any personal contact. If you are left alone, then you are doing your job. My feet and legs hurt but if you muscle through it, it is a great job.
