Garden Center at The Home Depot

I'm giving this place 5 stars because of an awesome guy named Simran. The dude went totally out of his way to help me get checked out. He opened up the checkout in the garden center and then unlocked the gates so I could load it up into my car without having to go all the way back through the store with the big awkward stuff I was buying. Simran, you're magnificent. Someday you'll be running this store.

Wasting time and money for nothing, this is not acceptable and not professional. Payed 1,211.65$ online "Honda generator "for pickup at the store . No item in the store, and i have to wait 3 days or more to get my money back!!!. I lost one customer only because of this!!!!!!!

Found soil I wanted. 2 young ladies were in a closed in area, didn't come our at all to help. Rang up our merchandise, calmly said, "$2??.??" We said nop, very wrong. She rang up again. Took forever... $6?.?? She said, all smiling, the machine rang up 100 sacks of soil (we had 10).

Found a nice Christmas tree. Had to strap it to my car myself because it took them 15min+ to find someone who would. It's cold outside, guys. Don't wanna be waiting tree in hand all day

Small but worthy. Very nice outdoor and indoor plant selection, too. Staff almost always friendly.

At 1:30 noon on July 7th, the cashier service in the garden was extremely poor. serious complaint

As a older shopper they were very attentive and helpful to my garden needs.
