McBride's RV Service & Paint

McBrides RV Service in Chino, CA, is my go to shop when I need repairs that might take more than a day. Full time RV’ers know the hardship if you have to move out while your RV is in the shop. McBrides offers full timers sites for us who live full time in our rigs. Yep, we spend the night at their facility. The service is great, the people are friendly and they know how to fix RV’s. I highly recommend McBrides RV Service for whatever your needs are.

Really disappointing customer service, these people do not want to accommodate their customers. We called to schedule an appointment for our RV and the first they had was 3 weeks out, it was quite a while to wait, but we booked it. The day before our appointment they texted me that I needed to come in at 1pm. I told them that I wasn’t able to leave work in the middle of the day, especially on a Tuesday, and that I would drop off our RV at open. They told me that I wasn’t allowed. I told them I didn’t mind if it wasn’t seen until 1pm, but I just couldn’t come then. They told me regardless of when I dropped it off, it wouldn't even be seen to be inspected for 2-3 days. I told them that this was really disappointing that we’d waited 3 weeks for an appointment and there’s no way we could get there at 1pm, so they cancelled my appointment. So disappointing, we waited 3 weeks for an appointment which they cancelled on us for not being able to drop everything and show up at 1pm on a workday. They have absolutely zero desire to accommodate their customers.

I have always found McBrides an excellent service center. From fixing operational issues to major body repairs when a post attacked us. You would never know anything happened. Paint shop addresses paint issues with a perfect color match. Thanks, Joe and Carolyn

These people will rob you ..! They charged me over $800 just to test drive my rig to figure out why my rig would track straight and to locate a gfi outlet. Then they said "we think your steering box may have play to r&r that box=$12,000..! And they wouldn’t even guarantee that would fix the problem. My experience with them was not good and I felt like they were WAY overcharging me because I believe they feel "people with a nice motorhome must have money" So let’s just charge the hell out of them for everything we do. A terrible business practice

I submitted a service request via their website, and received a confirmation email saying they would contact me shortly to schedule service. It's now been 10 days and not a peep from McBride's RV Service. No email (including my spam folder) and no phone call.

Excellent service and it did not take forever to get the job done (like other places). I just yesterday recommended this place to someone.

The clear coat on the front cap of our 2016 Montana fifth wheel was starting to peal and flake off. McBride’s striped the clear coat off along with the front Montana decals. They reapplied the clear coat and added new decals. The result looks like a brand new trailer.
