Worst customer service I have experienced. I dropped off my vehicle at 12:30pm to Install running boards I had purchased. I called at 4:00pm to find out the status. A male answered and stated he has a customer and he put me on hold.. there system rings back after a couple of minutes and most likely the person just put me back on hold but after 15 mins of holding, I disconnected and called back. As soon as it connected the person put me back on hold. I repeatedly called back 5 separate times and someone just kept putting me on hold. I feel like better communication could be better or maybe another rep could've taken the phone call or at least state that there is going to be a long wait instead of repeatedly putting me back on hold. I'm pretty sure there must have been one other person there that could have answered the phone.

Had a great experience they did the alignment on my silverado, found parts had been hookup incorrectly by a previous shop. Notified me gave me a fair price to repair it and now she drives like a dream.

Just want to say thx so much for all the great help and support!!! Adrian and the team are amazing!!! They went percent to help me in all my needs!!! Thx again!!! My old Defender is doing great thx to them!!!

This is my go to shop in San Diego area for my truck. The staff is great and they know what they are doing and they are well beyond the Dodge/Ram staff. One of the best automotive show rooms out there for off-roading in the US. Also you can find these shops from the west coast to the east coast and they are always opening more! You can also find a lot of deals on OEM and aftermarket parts here and other deals when you buy lift kits. The can tune your suspension and alignment on large vehicles unlike other shops in the area. Great job guys!
