I don't know what the other reviews are talking about. The owner Paco was very personable and went out of his to answer all my questions to find an ebike that was the best fit for me. I knocked over 2 bikes so he was understandably , but he calmed down very quickly. Overall great customer service just understand the owner can be a little abrasive.

Do not bring your bike your electric scooter or electric bike. Because why the guy is so rude and hateful. He has no life and he has no future. Just do not bring your stuff here, bad service. I'm not joking.Couldn't believe how rude this guys was Idk if he was the owner to this business or what. but he was incredibly RUDE! Really want to figure out what was his issues I mean I understand everyone has bad days but WOW! He really left me in shock. If you do happen to read this, just remember there's people out there that have it really bad and you don't have to take it out on people that are trying to be nice to you.

My best friend and I rode our bikes from Gaslamp to visit the new Gaylord Hotel and my tire popped from riding over a screw in the bike path. These guys not only drove to meet me, picked up my bike and repaired the tire, they also noticed my shocks also needed air and serviced that. Then they drove my bike back to the hotel, so I was still able to enjoy my time with my friend, get dinner and ride our bikes back to the city. They came to the rescue in more ways than one and are now my preferred shop for all of my bike needs.

Supuestamente me iban arreglar la bibrasion de la llanta delantera de una bicicleta eléctrica al dia siguiente fui me la dejaron igual pero si me cobraron 50 Dlls según que porque uso su tiempo de revisarla claro nunca dijo que me iba ha cobrar porque uso revisar

This place is a scam. Went in today to buy some break pads for my disk brakes, first he tells me he doesn't know what kind of pads I need, so his tech takes my pads out and looks in his drawer. Tells me he doesn't have one but can service the ones I have. He sands the pads down but then he added some liquid to the disk. adjusts the brakes and tells me it's like new. He charged me 25$. Seems kinda high for what he did but I didn't say anything because I wanted to support a local business. brand new Shimano brake caliper with pads are 21$ online. I start riding my bike home after a few times of using the brakes whatever he put on the disk rubbed off and my brakes went back to how they were when I brought the bike in.

Affordable local small business. I use them for all my bike needs. They are both fair and efficient.
