Found the products I needed and great costumer services from the salesman and saleswoman communication audio and video equipment will be installed onto my new ARAI helmet when products arrives to the store. Very excited with my investment

Super friendly staff. Super helpful. Was my first bike night definitely will be back! Pick up a cardo 2x with my cousin, thing is legit!! We had a small issue after the staff installed the headsets in our helmets with connectivity to each other. Place closed at 8pm, manager was tired and ready to go home but they still made sure everything was working before we rode off. Much appreciated!!

Very clean area with super personable staffing. Although there was only me in the store and one staff member, Eddy, he was all about making sure I found exactly what I was looking for. For it being a smaller store they had a good selection of items as well.

They need more sales associates that can educate you on differences of products. The store was a mess. I left there not happy and will take my business elsewhere

I always have a great experience at the store came in looking for a helmet carabiner-style lock, and there were none on the shelves. The team member at the counter, took the time to look at inventory and found some had been recently received and not shelved yet. He went to the back and grabbed me one. I was also pleasantly surprised to learn my membership. Save me 10% on sweet street steel jacket.

Sadly this is the most pathetic business experience that I have had is YEARS of not ever! It started off GREAT with the Kearney Mesa store,trying to help me with an (RK) 530,clip chain link they offered to special orders one for me I asked in they could please check other stores inventory,they said the Chula Vista store had one the were asked to hold it for me,I chose to drive 45 minutes one way in work traffic to pick it up,we'll upon my arrival the staff member said,sorry they didn't have it in inventory & there store manager must have made a mistake? I said that was BS & asked them to call the KM store & get to the bottom of this further more they said mistakes like this happen all the time at there store,I said shit happens however that's no excuse when KM store spoke with your store & the part was in stock,he also tried to sell me a rivet link saying they were much more reliable & I should have it professionally installed I am 65 years old & have worked for years on mechanical things,I asked how could he recommend that without even inquiring what my motorcycle was for the application? For the record my ride is a 1971 Norton commando.So after I coached him on just what to ask the KM store to help with the problem he finally found my part,I suggested that he look in lay away or parts pickup earlier when he couldn't find the part on the parts bin,he said they would not have set it aside in the first place.Also the part that they set aside & sold me was for a (DID ) brand chain & not the ( RK) brand that I requested the part is useless to me & work work.transaction # 42538. Associate # 116114. Cashier # 116114. This employee need to be trained in customer service & in parts knowledge as well as having pride in his store & not throwing his supervision under the bus.This store is a black eye in the cycle gear franchise.I a real disappointment

Great customer service. I can tell that cyclegear really emphasizes on providing great customer service. I would like to thank Isidro for helping me find the items I needed to keep riding safe and keep enjoying my rides with style.
