Food 4 Less

Good evening fellow shoppers I would like leave a short review on my evening shopping tonight and also a special thanks to Sierah E for helping me with my check out. I know some times it could get real busy during this time. I found the store to well maintain and well stocked. I also seen the team members really keeping there customers satisfied and that really says a lot about a store and those that over see many things. So thank you once again me and my mom really enjoyed our shopping and I'm sure we will be returning soon.

The amount of homework that this property owner allows to sit in the parking lots is ridiculous.There are so many homeless people there that it smells like pee.When you walk through the doors. I gave it to stars because the prices are good in the selection of mexican food is amazing. I choose not to go there unless absolutely necessary because of the homeless people in other places, they're not aggressive.And they just live on their own.But for some reason, the ones that stay in this parking lot seem to be pretty aggressive. I caught one looking inside of my car.

I honestly love the security guards here because the area is ridiculous. I would feel so unsafe in this store if there wasn't so much security with how unruly the homeless are. The store is always great and well stocked and the only issue is ever the customers in the bathroom. I'm very afraid of the bathroom here

Contrary to having bad experiences at this location with Security, Karla was above and beyond extraordinary. Rather than feeling stalked or harassed I was comforted by the moment she took to speak with me not in an aggressive manner but with kindness and compassion. If they keep this kind of customer service at the door I will continue to being a loyal customer.

They rarely have lines that are over a few customers each, always have pretty stock shelves, and the staff will help you even if they're busy. The bathrooms aren't that clean tho!!

Bad service, I just went today to do some grocery shopping with my mom like usual. But my mom needed a umbrella for the backyard. We went and asked a cashier to help us get the one we needed, we ended up asking a worker because they needed keys for the umbrella. Which I assumed that the umbrella was going to be inside of a room. But some minutes pass by, me and my mom are already done putting the groceries in the bags, and we had to wait a bit. Meanwhile the wait the cashier was worried and tried her best to communicate with the worker that was in charge of getting the umbrella. I appreciate that she ( cashier ) was actually putting effort into me and my mom to get what we needed. We waited for a while now and turns out the worker was distracted and was in another area that he wasn't supposed to be in the first place. Me and my mom waited in front of where the liquor was for more than 30 minutes. Then we finally saw them get a umbrella that was on top of the ice cream shelf! Im no scientist but im sure that getting a ladder does not take more than 30 minutes.. My mom decided to not get the umbrella due to the long wait and that we were gonna get one that was on the ceiling and did not know how dirty it could be.
