La primera vez hubo problemas con la impresión de boleta que pedí. Ya que habíamos acordado de qué forma sería y después me salieron con que no se podía. La 2da vez, me dijeron que mi pedido que había sido pagado previamente, había llegado, pero al ir a retirarlo me dicen que no lo encontraban. En sumatoria 4 horas perdidas, obviamente no volveré a comprar en dicho lugar, aparte los precios poco convenientes.

I stopped in at Grainger Chula Vista and Suzie saved the day with exemplary service. She smiled and had a friendly greeting as I approached the counter. The store is very clean and neat. I need a pulley adapter bushing so my service team could put a paint booth AMU blower back together. Suzie quickly found the bushing I needed and threw in a few pulley keys, too. The whole process went quickly and smoothly, and I left with a smile, too.

AC went out and needed a capacitor to fix it. I called ahead, and they had the part I needed. Super friendly and clean place. They had the store AC on, so it was even more refreshing.

It is so refreshing to find a business that is clean, organized, professional and knowledgeable. Joel, my service assistant, went above and beyond to find the exact part I was seeking.

Every employee I had contact with was couteous and professional. They made sure I had the right paint for our campus playground project and answered so many questions. They helped to pick out the colors and got the materials for us within 24 hours. I will recommend this company to anyone who needs supplies and support.
