Lowe's Home Improvement

I went to Home Depot yesterday and nobody acknowledged me. The service was horrible I left and went to Loews. I walked in and looked around and immediately a young lady named Latoya sprung into action. She was amazing. She said wait here I’ll get you one of the consultants to help. Then came Benjamin the consummate professional and a world of knowledge addressing all of my questions. I’m a corporate executive and I truly comprehend customer service. These two employees exhibited the utmost professionalism , and Loews is fortunate to have them on the floor. I live in the neighborhood . I will always recommend Loews over Home Depot thank you guys .

It was a pleasant experience all at all however three employees walked by me without offering to help. So I asked them for help. And they said somebody will be along shortly. I then went and found somebody. His assistance was perfect. I found the exact part that I was looking for and left without incident. The three prima donnas should not be working there. I would know I used to work at a home Depot. Helping customers was my favorite thing in the whole world I loved it. So maybe I'm judging them harshly I don't think so though.

I have a new skill saw. I needed to buy a blade for it and also be taught how to install the blade. I found a young lady in the tool section and she explained the difference in the type of blades I could buy and also showed me exactly how to install the blade to my saw. She was very helpful and I feel quite safe in the instruction that I received.

Best store to shop although little far from Spring Valley it worth it. Very helpful customer service: Rick Rodriguez was an awesome and Stephanie on the cash register. Bought Epoxy for garage floor.. Rust-Oleum…see pictures for two more different coating kits… I have purchased the $199 and it worked great..

These home improvement stores are trash. Was hoping to buy flooring for a prject but nobody was around to help. I want to customer service desk, they did call someone, but nobody showed up, so after 30 minutes waiting we left. Seems like they are short staffed,not enough employees covering diffrent departments.

This is my first Go to place. Unless it's an emergency and Lowe's does not have it, then I'll go to the secondary choice. But customer service is top notch. They don't ignore you when you need help.
