My Wife and I went into this location to fix my Dad's phone situation. Long story short, we got what we needed and what we came for. Lorena and Elliott were very helpful, patient, and they took care of us. Thank you both for your excellent customer service! Friday, 08/15/2025 We came in today for assistance with our account, and not only did we receive the help we needed, but we also got a brand new Samsung Galaxy tablet for only $45 (out the door)! Polanco and GeGe were the employees that assisted us today, and they were very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable! Thanks again, for your help! And GeGe rocks!!!

I went in here and got my SIM changed into my iPhone and Elliot was a super professional and changed it out for me in about three minutes. I’m very satisfied with my experience here. Overall customer service was excellent. The vibe was good. Environment was friendly even the customers are friendly Great Metro PCS location would stop by here again thanks a lot.

Cam here to switch to lines from Cricket with my friend. We talked with the customer service representative and they told us that two iPhone 13 would cost us only plan and taxes. No activation fee and the phones are free. Here they gave us a price of 250$ on each phone. $500 for two phones . These guys ar not salesperson they are scammers. Stay away from the store or you'll get robbed as well.

The employee by the name of Isabella went above and beyond her responsibilities. She was able to merge two different accounts into one of my own. She also had my auto pay changed to a different day, for my benefit. Also was able to recommend a new phone. She did all this with a smile. I'm a difficult individual to tolerate. All in all, a pleasant experience in this store.

They kept us hostage for 3 & 1/2 hours to buy a phone. Had to come back in the following day due to the incorrect info entered on my application. Got home only to discover we had to come back in due to the wrong birthdate being entered. Now upon arriving home we discovered the entire process had to be redone due to cancellation. After three trips to that store with those inept people they had locked my phone and informed us we had to drive back down there again to unlock it. They were rude, disrespectful, and actually talked about other customers in Spanish behind their backs. Mean & ornery. I was listening on the phone after asking for a refund when they ( the men) said they would call the police if we showed up. A 72 year old and a sickly 69 year old woman scared them. It was because we asked for a refund is why they got scared. I'm calling the BBB and everyone else I can to amend this type of treatment of the elderly. They'll keep you in store for hours on end without a second thought. RUDE...

I was there with my daughter on last Saturday, we were greeted by a tall heavy set young man who tried to help us we were there to get 2 new lines and phones. Well there was another young man skinny with glasses and braces not cleaned very well who just took over. He clearly spoke English but flipped and spoke Spanish to the other guy. When I asked him not to do that and it's rude...he proceeded to tell me that he could speak his language if he wanted to, I reminded him that this is America and the language is English I also told him that your checks are in English, handbook in English and in that handbook yes you can speak your language to a customer who communicates that way. In front of his Manager he was still extremely Rude, I'm also Hispanic and I'm Appalled! There are too many other metro stores...This boy has no People Skills and I recommend strongly not to patronize this Store until this young man is removed.
