I don't normally leave reviews, but the Michael's in West Chula Vista is so good! Juan was absolutely amazing and gave us the best customer service, ever. My wife went in to return an online purchase and came out a happy customer with more items she bought as a result of the experience. She told me she had always shopped at Joanne's and was skeptical of Michael's - now she is a customer for life

I’m going to make buying yarn a priority and Michael’s has the yarn I can afford. I just wish the company would hire more staff instead of putting several self-serve kiosks. Staff is more than kind at Mission Valley Mall. I’ve been going there for decades.

Este establecimiento se especializa en toda actividad que tenga que ver con la aplicación de la creatividad. Desde estambres hasta lienzos para pintura y todo para repostería este lugar te da opciones para que realices tu creaciones un con la temática de temporada. Si tienes una emergencia por que tu hijo te acaba de decir le pidieron algo en l escuela aquí lo encontrarás . Tiene amplio estacionamiento y excelente ubicación.

Michaels has a great variety of products for all types of artists and Architecture Students as well. The store has clear aisles and most things are very easy to locate.

Horrible customer service! It costs 3$ to inflate a small ballon with helium - you can purchase a whole balloon with helium for a $1.5 at Dollar Tree. I brought 12 balloons to inflate. One of them got popped. Manager refused to give me refund for the helium used to inflate that balloon, arguing "but we already wasted our helium on your balloon" like seriously?? Will never go back here! Dollar Tree is cheaper and better customer service.

They are starting to add more sewing supplies. Was told that fabric will be offered soon, I can't wait.
