Missions at Sunbow Apartments

This complex is a complete mess. They try to get their reviews up by offering "free items" if you leave a 5 star review, so all these random 5 stars are FAKE. the leasing office has horrible attitudes when addressing anything & there’s never parking, the same cars parking in visiting spots for weeks where you can’t even quickly park to pick up your own packages. Dog poop always in the yards which isn’t managements fault but is horrible. Always shattered glass outside of the trash areas, barking dogs and you can’t have any type of items on your patio unless it’s a chair. You’re given one small storage closet and expected to keep any other bin in your home.

The application and move in process went smoothly for the most part. They are pet friendly which is a plus. I love that the management brings in food trucks and plans activities for the residents. They learned our names and have used them consistently. I can't tell you how important that alone is to me. They even know the cats name. Maintenance requests are completed within 24 hours but I haven't had any emergency requests. The only real downside is there doesn't seem to be enough parking. We are a 2 car household but only have one parking spot. Other Talan the parking I would recommend the property

I’ve been living in this apartment complex for some time, and while there are a few positives, there are also several challenges that future residents may want to be aware of. The rent for my three-bedroom unit is on the higher side, but only one parking space is provided. Unfortunately, parking in the visitor area isn’t allowed, and my car was towed once for doing so. Because of the nearby park, street parking can be very limited, and it often requires walking three to five blocks to reach the apartment. The community grills don’t seem to be cleaned regularly, and maintenance visits are fairly frequent since there are often repairs that need attention. There’s also limited storage space on the property, and keeping boxes or storage items on the balcony isn’t permitted. Overall, while the area is convenient in some ways, I feel the amenities and upkeep don’t fully match the higher rent cost. I hope management can address some of these issues to improve residents’ overall experience.

Looking for a smooth, supportive and enjoyable leasing process (yes, it’s possible!) then look no further than the folks at Missions at Sunbow. Everyone in the office made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in and was incredibly supportive, even when we had to spend over an hour in their office to get documents submitted (struggles on our end, not theirs)! They were all eager to help and made the leasing process (surprisingly) enjoyable. And to top it off, the property is absolutely beautiful! I strongly recommend giving this place a shot, especially if you are someone who may not be so technologically inclined . You won’t be disappointed.

I’ve been living here since November 2024 and my experience has been awesome. I love my apartment since it has plenty of storage, and the complex are always very clean. The pool and jacuzzi area are my favorite and the maintenance team are great. Forgot to mention the office staff are very friendly and always willing to help, on top of that they are always having great events for the kids to enjoy.

My experience with the maintenance department At missions at Sunbow has been fantastic. I just recently moved in and had four different items that needed repair. They were quickly taken care of and handled very efficiently. I also want to say David the department had stopped by and introduced himself and told me if I needed anything to let them know. I have to say I’m highly impressed. I have never lived in an apartment before so I didn’t know what to expect and this was great.

I strongly advise anyone considering Mission Sunbow Apartments to think twice. My experience here was nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. One of the office staff members was consistently disrespectful, displaying a poor attitude toward me during every interaction. It was evident that she treated other residents with courtesy, which made her behavior toward me even more upsetting. Her demeanor was one of the primary reasons I chose to move out. Additionally, their handling of financial matters was unacceptable. They refused to return my deposit, citing "hidden fees" that were never disclosed during my lease. One of these charges was for carpet cleaning, even though they explicitly told me not to worry about it since they planned to replace the carpet entirely. This kind of inconsistent and misleading communication felt like a deliberate attempt to overcharge and take advantage of residents. The lack of professionalism and fairness in both their customer service and financial practices left a lasting negative impression. Save yourself the headache and stay far away from Mission Sunbow Apartments. There are far better options out there with respectful staff and transparent policies.
