SD Computer Service

I recently visited SD Computer Service and had a great experience! Eman was super friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to help. They explained everything clearly and fixed my computer faster than I expected. The price was fair, and they made sure I was happy with the service before I left. I highly recommend this place to anyone needing computer repairs or support. Great service all around!

Emad was very helpful! He was kind, professional and has lots of knowledge on computers. Prices are affordable and he had our computer ready the next day.

Went looking for employment but the guy was rude and told me he didn’t sell parts when I was trying to get prices for a repair job I had. Too much money in labor to justify the cost of a custom job or even a repair at this shop. Wish the guy spoke better English and was up to date on current generation hardware cause most of his work is older hardware, I wouldn’t trust him with a water cooled gaming rig just cause he lacks the scope of in-depth hardware limitations that gamers and such would know about their systems especially when it comes to compatibility issues with drivers and updates. Better off going to MPC Electronics on Main sT.

Emad (the owner) is very helpful, informative, and nice. Before he helped me with my laptop he ran some testing while explaining to you what he is doing and the purpose of it. After I left my laptop, he called me on the same day and told me the issue and was working on it overnight. Reasonable price. The next day, he helped me restore all the apps I need for school and work and made sure that nothing else was wrong. This review may sound bias to new people coming to his shop but all I can say, you have to see it to believe it. Thank you Emad for the help and I will be coming back if I have anymore computer issue I can't resolve.

The BEST computer repair service I have ever received. Why? TRUST. Emad (the owner) is very very Trustworthy. Also, he is VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE of all things that may be plaguing your computer - software, hardware, even battery/power issues (which I had with my laptop). He's very kind and makes sure the customer understands and is comfortable with the course of action to remedy her/his computer problems. I high recommend people to go here!

Emad is awesome and so knowledgeable. I've only ever gone to his shop since he was recommended to me over 5 years ago. He sits down and explains all the issues that are happening to your computer whether its hardware, software...etc. He always takes a step further to make everything easier for you. And also he's really nice and has great customer service, something other shops lack (firsthand experience).

This is the only computer repair shop I'll go to from now on. Email had excellent costumer service from the start. My Mac Laptop had crashed and I needed to recover the data. He gave me an estimate and told me he would diagnose for free before he charged me anything. AND The price for the data recovery was cheaper than all of the other shops I called. He was able to pull off all my documents and pictures and even found out what was wrong with my computer! One of the fans had a missing screw so it didn't work and was causing my hard drive to over heat and the video card to malfunction (that's the summary but he explained it in depth and made sure I understood what happened). He also didn't charge me since the repair was so minor! Im pretty sure most shops would have charged an arm and a leg for replacing that little screw. I couldn't afford to replace my laptop and I needed it for school so I'm glad I found this place and experienced Emad's amazing service! He is very trustworthy and helpful and polite which is very hard to find these days.
