SmartStop Self Storage

My husband and I had been checking out a few different storage facilities in the area, but we’re so glad we found SmartStop Storage! From the moment we walked in, Betty and Brandon were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They made the whole process super easy and clearly explained all the payment details, which we really appreciated. They even took the time to show us different unit sizes so we could figure out what would work best for our needs. The climate-controlled units were a major plus — knowing that our belongings will be protected from heat and humidity gives us real peace of mind, especially for temperature-sensitive items. Overall, the experience was smooth, professional, and genuinely pleasant. Thanks again to Betty and Brandon for making us feel so comfortable and taken care of. Highly recommend SmartStop Storage!

Betty and Glen were amazing at SmartStop! Especially Betty McNabb, she walked me to multiple units and thoroughly explained the entire process. She was extremely friendly, professional, and attentive, making me feel confident that my items would be in great hands. I really appreciate her help!

I want to rate this storage location on Industrial Blvd a 5 star. I called the number but ended up talking to a third party. Nevertheless, I got a space reserved. I went to see it the next day after I talked to Brandon last Friday. At the location, I talked to Ernesto on the phone to get a direction because the third party told me to just check my email. I got there and Betty attended to me. She found my reservation. The unit was the size I needed, clean, affordable and on the first floor. The only reason I did not rent it is because it is a bit far from my location. I am on the East and this location is on the west quite the opposite direction. Betty referred me to a nearby facility but the people in Eastlake were not as friendly. They didn't even care to take my name down in case I was about to check them out. They are not as enthusiastic to help as the people like Betty, Ernesto and Brandon. If they were only near me I definitely will pick this location. Time is of the essence so I had to find something that can reserve my space a bit longer since I can't move until this Saturday, October 11.

They were very friendly and were there to greet us as we walked in to finish up the rental agreement and stuff. They were knowledgeable and were able to answer all the questions we had for them. The salesman was courteous and thoughtful and very welcoming. He showed us to our unit and let us know the ones and outs of their facility. They had started out paperwork over the phone with me prior to us arriving so things went quickly when we got there. They were respectful and made us feel good about our choice to rent with them. We are happy with the service and the way they conduct their business there. Hope our whole experience goes just as well. Thank you to the staff and Ernesto for the service we received.

Ernesto gave me a tour around the area and showed me a few units. He was very nice and professional, and the units are clean and secure. I signed up with them right away, since their customer service was so good! They’re really willing to work for the renters and help us out. Brandon in the office also showed great customer service.

Betty and Brandon were very helpful they showed me available units on multiple floors. I told them what I needed and they accommodated and found me something. The process of doing the paperwork and getting everything locked in was amazing. Those two employees deserve a ways very hard workers. They know their job very well. very good at customer service

Rented here for 5 months very good staff and service. Ernesto and Brandon were very helpful employees during this time and helped with any questions or accommodations that were needed during my time here. Would definitely recommend and can’t stress how great the prices are to storage size compared to other places in the city ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
