I'm a doit you're selfer, I had a bad issue with my tubs drain, it was broken at the point that penetrates the tub, not a very good spot, and it's under the house, when the tub was replaced, it was done the wrong way, I had a pickle in my hands, went to home Depot showed the pics, no help they couldn't make it out, I knew I was In trouble, went to standard Plumbing, went inside and didn't know where to direct myself, but I heard a voice, the voice said , what was I looking for, she knew I was lost , I turned around and there was Gene, I explained my challenge, showed her the pics. Immediately she said I can help you, let's do it the right way, I'm extremely grateful to her, she's awesome, went home and installed wat she gave me, it fit like a glove, Gene knows her plumbing , ex contractor, I'm so happy with her help, I'm a customer for life now, Thanks Gene, ☺️ Ps. She reminded me of The good old days of people helping people!

They called twice today on a Saturday and hanged up on me. They are supposedly open today until 5pm

Tried to go here at 1:00 p.m. on a Saturday, their lot was locked up and no one answered the phone.

I personally want to thank the manager and his assistant for the fantastic and cordial professional attention I was given. It is a super Kohler store. Go to Home Depot and/or Lowes then go to Kohler on Main Street. You will be amazed with the Gadgets, do dads and thingamajigs galore. Thank you again to the manager and his assistants

Sign said they close at 5pm, showed up at 4:45pm and the doors were locked. Tried calling before hand and no answer either.

Very practical if you live nearby because you can find everything you would look for at the Home Depot, just with reduced variety. Only cons is that price is slightly higher.

No masks and no mask enforcement for the customers in a zip code with some of the highest case rates in the county? Jeeze. Tried to stay local but off to Home Depot I go I guess.
