We had a terrible experience with an employee named Alexa at the customer service desk. From the moment we approached her about an issue with our order, she was defensive, rude, and completely unhelpful. She raised her voice at us and made us feel like we were the problem for asking for support. We kindly asked to speak with a manager, and even then, she kept arguing with us instead of stepping aside so someone else could help. It was honestly shocking—she’s the last person who should be working in a customer service role. We had a terrible experience with an employee named Alexa at the customer service desk. From the moment we asked for help with an order issue, she was defensive, rude, and made us feel like a burden. When we politely asked to speak to a manager, she continued arguing instead of stepping aside so someone else could assist us. The most ironic part? She’s listed as "Associate of the Month." What a joke! Her attitude was the complete opposite of what customer service should be. Absolutely unacceptable.

Great service all around the store. Bought a blower. We were helped by this huge guy. He was like 6.6 / 280. Intimidating. Couldn’t have been more cool. Quick to help, knowledgeable, and honest. Told him what I was working and he recommended the right blower for the job, which was not as expensive. Saved me $$. Bought paint. Met a skinny man in a polo. Definitely manager vibe. He took the time to thank us for coming to his store. He was sincere. Bought paint from Paul and "Rocket". Both were clearly busy but quick to help. Mixed my paint in less than 5 minutes. Rocket was professional, efficient and respectful. He seemed happy to do his job. That was great to see. Interacting with positive energy is infectious. Checked out with a female named "Genesis". Told her my father was a veteran. She got us the military discount without signing him up. She told us complete it online. My dad is 90 years old. He served 25 years. I respect and appreciate people who appreciate his service and sacrifice. The entire store, everyone I interacted with was consistently welcoming and professional.

Horrible service from manager Alexa. Refused to make updates to an order. She wanted me to pay an additional delivery fee in order to add items that were going to be delivered the following day. Love this Home Depot location, so this interaction caught me off guard.

The workers here don't look away when they see you approaching, in fact often I'm actually greeted by an associate. I'm guessing there must be a very good GM here as all Home Depot stores are managed differently.

I stepped foot back in this store after 14 years, against my better judgment. I live up the street and, because of the convenience, was persuaded by my mother to stop by. She assured me it would be a quick stop. We would only get bags of fertilizer and we would be on our way. I brought my toddlers in tow as I usually do anywhere I go. After requesting assistance from a cashier who called someone to bring down shelved bags of fertilizer we waited for 20min. I returned to the same cashier and she called it in again. After another 15min I decided to step inside the store to wait in line at customer service. My babies were getting tired and I was starting to get frustrated. They called someone to assist me and they, Alex, stepped outside to the garden area and attempted to call "someone." He kept telling me no one would answer his call. Another 15min later I decided to leave. My mother saw the forklifter and waved him down, who started restocking fertilizer bags on the opposite end of us. Alex then proceeds to yell out, "Hey Leo, this lady is really angry. She wants you to bring these bags down immediately!" The looks I received from the people around us, oh my. Needless to say, an hour later, I said no thank you and ran out of there. I now remember why I stopped coming to this store 14 years ago.

I was having a serious issue with the return from an online purchase. I was told differently by online customer support that I can return the item. It exceed one day pass 30 day, although the initiation of the refund was done before the expiration date. Martin the customer representative here at the location was extremely helpful and his supervisor Yvette was able to take the product and return it successfully. Thank you for working so diligently to help me.. Let me add Sabina very helpful getting what I need
