I was told to come into this store to exchange a 5g home internet box, by Verizon corporate. That it would be quick since they were not able to correctly mail a unit to me. There has been nothing quick about this since sitting down with the agent. Now it is front of me but the agent has been non stop typing on his pad. Now he brought out his personal cell phone and copied some info from his pad to his cell phone, looked again to verify what he put on his personal cell phone, put his cell phone away and then walked away again. He has taken the unit away and helping someone else. Another 20 mins later and I have called Verizon while I'm inside the Verizon store because I am not being helped. The store tried to cancel my line and when trying to give me the replacement claims they can't because of a pending order. Still don't have to box. This store is fighting hard to make themselves look right and all they have done is look bad in front ofe and the corporate Verizon agent who is still on the phone waiting for them to do the right thing. Now they are telling each other what they can't do and have tried to do. I'm out of here before I drive my car thru the front door

Who likes to go to the wireless store? I sure don't. I dread bad service and long waits, especially if I know my transaction won't be a hefty sale for the customer representative. But today was a differenst story. My family and I were greeted right away. We were picking up a new phone and swapping devices with our lines. I knew it was going to be a pain and a lengthy experience but our representative ANA made the process as quick and painless as possible. She took her time to support us, was friendly and helpful. My elderly parents need a lot of updates and explanations and she was sweet and unfazed. Her colleages were also kind and assisted in different ways. The entire store had a positive vibe, which was absolutely refreshing. Our family will continue to give this store our patronage.

Went to exchange my phone that corporate sent me wrong phone. The representative that help me was rude!!! All of them!!! No greeting, brushed me off as if I was nobody. I have a business account with 10 phone lines and spend over 1200 a month. His customer sales needs to be approved. Nobody greeted me, just what do you need? I didn't feel welcomed and I felt racism because I look Asian and all the employees at that store are Hispanic. Then he leaves the desk saying can't exchange the phone, get up gets his door dash order and Walks past me. No knowledgement not even a thank you. Called customer service and they sent me to another store. Don't do business at that store!!! I will never go back to that store.

I don’t really ever write reviews however, this place is a JOKE!!!! The people are rude and dismissive. I sent in my son to exchange his phone because Verizon customer service had sent us. They refused to help my son and treated him like a thief… I work customer service and OUR job is to service the client regardless if you are getting the commission or not. If you want to be treated poorly I highly recommend this store. I get better customer service at Walmart.

Be extremely careful when buying a cell phone here, the sale representatives will add services not needed and change your plan, not care they will raise your bill in order to gain commission. Their Supervisors need to check and approve their transactions, the sales representatives should not be allowed to change plans against the customers will. THIS IS ILLEGAL.

Worst company to have a phone with. After having trouble filing a lost claim for a phone I did an upgrade and then when at the store I specifically asked the associate if I would be able to set it up with my phone being stolen. She said yes on WiFi. I drive from the store to home to set it up 3 screens in it asks for the code it sent to my other phone. Of course there is no real number to call for this store just takes up to an 800 number with an AI assistant that would not let me bypass despite entering my number multiple times. So of course here I am st the store again 4th visit to this store since losing the phone. Absolutely Garbage

I bought a phone, the sales representive changed my plan without my permission. I went back to the store spoke to the Assitant Manager asked for the Store Manager and District Manager call me. No one has called me back. This is why these representives continue to take advantage of the customers. I will never go back to this store. They need to be sued.
