I came in needing a screen replacement for my iPhone 14, and they worked out a solid deal with me — I traded in my old iPhone 12, and they took care of the screen repair. Fast service, fair trade-in value, and great customer support. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for honest phone repair and good deals!
Took my iPhone for repair and they took my info down they promise me a call back still have the same number and no one called just to go in few months later and they say they don’t have it and they get rid of it 60 days after I didn’t need it it was my back Up phone gave them time just so they can dispose of it or re sell it this is not good business at all. His helper sure helped when I stepped in when I told him and complained he blamed the owner and said idk I just help him very bad

Their service is bad..it’s actually horrible. The tech has no clue on diagnosing and repairing cell phones. Will never go back to this place I highly recommend going elsewhere

They definitely don't care about a new customer. I was trying to figure out how to glue my screen. Even though it could not be an expensive purchase, they didn't give a minimum respect. zero Star if it's possible
