The crew was very knowledgeable and did a great job of installing and connecting our panel. Great electrical guy hooking up the service. Very friendly. The only thing I would suggest is a more dependable delivery company. We waited from 7 am to 5 pm. That is an entire wasted day that we could have done other things. Totally unacceptable. Being on time is very important to most people. Give a 2 hour window and then make sure it is delivered between those hours.

The physical install went well, the team was in time and finished quickly. The panels however were placed on the house opposite to the shared design which looked completely different. Additionally the install team and electrician were heard by both my wife and young kids swearing loudly at each other during the install at each other. I also received no communication in regards to next steps to activate and corrective actions to fix the install layout.

Blue Raven did an excellent job from start to finish. Great communication with updates throughout the process. A professionally run business! They even came out and helped us to energize our new system. I would highly recommend them for your solar project.

Poor experience with this company unfortunately. We were originally going to go with Blue Raven Solar Company as we saw they had good reviews and were highly rated in efficiency for energy conversion. However, after realizing we were being severely overcharged, we went with another company. But Blue Raven despite knowing this and being told this, continued to sabotage our plans by resubmitting a permit through the city after we requested SEVERAL TIMES VIA CALL AND EMAIL FOR THEM TO REMOVE IT, further delaying the few sunny months in Ohio that we have in the summer. Even worse, the representative came to our house to see what made us change our minds but playing it off as friendly customer service. It felt very shady and very unprofessional. Furthermore, Blue Raven sabotaging our solar panel installation with another company has cost us an indefinite amount of money that we could have saved at this point. We initiated this process in April 2025. Our new company was able to get it reviewed by the city and approved, finally we have our solar panels installed in August. I wouldn't recommend this company due to these reasons.

The install team could not have been better, arrived on time, very organized, friendly and got the job done in less time than we expected. Overall great experience and Danny Button was terrific as our sales representative! Angel Sanchez, Adrian and Dereck make a great installation team!

Blue Raven professionals are prompt efficient and friendly! The Rep even helped me move some heavy stuff I needed to put into my back yard. From the first contact when I opened my front door to the following progress they have communicated every step of the way! Thank you Elijah and Manny you are a delight to meet.
