Love it! They have all sorts of stuff here to remodel your kitchen, bathroom or shop for great prices. They also have various architecture elements like fireplace mantels, crown molding, doors, windows, as well as vintage and antiques. The selection changes from week to week and you never know what treasures you will find. Recyclers, upcyclers and the DIY bargain hunters should all stop in and see what they might find.

Amazing store. A DIYer's dream! Tons of amazing doors, windows, furniture, tools, lumber, huge space filled with goodies. Very good prices on high quality items. All the employees are so nice and helpful. I had a heavy item delivered, they arrived on time and were professional and nice. I'll be back for my future projects!

I love this place. There's always interesting stuff and there's always deals to be found. And for those who have an old house where you're always looking to try and match tile or trim, this is the place that probably has it.

Store manager Terry Brueneman was awesome and helped us work a great deal on a Wolf Range, Sub zero appliance package and entire kitchen full of cabinets. Highly recommend.

Went for the Northside Flea event. Sponsored by Building Value they bring in Craftsman who upcycle or recycle to make their products. We also browsed the store while we were there. They had really neat things recovered from older buildings. If you are looking for something to set your home apart, this is the place.

Building Value is simply the best. Better and far cheaper than therapy.
