Over the 2-3 years I stored here, I received a LARGE price increase every 4-6 months. Market trends don’t increase that much nor that often. Only use this place for SHORT term storage. there was several property managers. All were great, but turnover rate is suspicious.

It was refreshing to find this location open for once during business hours and to find someone knowledgeable and friendly named Lindsey working the front desk to help me. The last time I was here, Malachi couldn’t even send me an email to set up my online portal for payments and just said I should get an email once a storage unit was transferred to my name. I never received the email nor did I receive a phone call back when I alerted this location I had not received it. Lindsey handled these issues in a quick 15 minute visit. Very pleased

I was there for 5 and 1/2 years I started out at $135 a month. This last August they raised my bill to 344 a month which is as much as a car payment which was 10x12 unit it did not have heat or air conditioner. I decided it was time for me to go to take my business elsewhere. They don't even provide a dumpster they told me they charged me $150 for a dumpster they're very greedy company. When you're a loyal customer they treat you like crap. Their customer service is the worst ever no one is ever in the office to answer their phones but they were quick to get on you if you were a day late on your payment. I even reserved a U-Haul from their company the day I go to get it it was broke down they didn't even call to let me know so I could make other arrangements. Told me it was U-Hauls fault but I made the reservations with them. Not a very good company at all.

I have been so happy with my rental experience here! I have been using this facility for about a year and a half, and during that time have added additional units because I’m so satisfied! Matthew, the manager, has gone above and beyond to help me when needed. He’s polite, responsive, and follows through when he says he’ll do something. I use my unit for business storage and the process to receive deliveries without being on site has been so convenient!

I highly advise people to steer clear of this place! I rented a unit here for 2 and half years and had something happen and my unit was auctioned off. Not only did I lose thousands of dollars of stuff and family heirlooms… I also had very private information in my unit that is now gone! Whoever they auctioned my unit to has tried to get several things using my name and it has resulted in me having to put a fraud alert on my credit. As someone who paid this place thousands of dollars I lost all my stuff and now battling identity theft over a few hundred dollars I owed them. Of course they could care less and that is the problem. Being a good paying tenant means nothing. They will also raise your rates significantly every single year. I cannot wait until the day this place gets the karma that is coming to them.

I’m a new customer but so far, so good. Convenient location, convenient office hours, setting up account was easy and Ken was very pleasant and helpful.
