This is my first time coming to the hardware store I had a great experience. This place is near my house the customer service is great. As soon as I walk to the door somebody rush to help me out. I was greeted politely and helped to get out of there quickly. I would give this place a five star but its not as big as Lowes or Home Depot so I would have to give 4 for the convenience and customer service. Anyone looking to get some small do it yourself projects should check this place out.
Great service! I can’t say enough nice things about the service here. I just made a purchase for the first time at this store and they treated me like a was a regular that had been shopping there for the last 20 years. Way better than a big box.
I was there quite some time ago to make a purchase and was waiting patiently for the employee to finish with the customer ahead of me. There were several customers that came in after me and they all were greeted, while no one even looked my way. Being I was the only POC there I can only conclude that they had certain "preferences" so I dropped what I had in my hands on the floor and walked out. They may have different workers now but I haven't been back since then.
