Extra Space Storage

I had this unit for over a year with all of my valuables. Absolutely disgusting. I was never notified my entire time of being here about the mice infestation. Completely ruined my rugs and all expensive belongings. I have pictures and videos of everything. There is stuff so infested I left all the stuff with dead mice in the unit, I refuse to put that in my vehicle or touch it in general. Also how do you have a dumpster on the property but it isn't for personal use you bumped up the prices when I was originally paying $40 and somehow ended up at $90-$100 without any warning. Then I can't even use a dumpster to throw things away that were ruined because of you guys having an infestation absolutely terrible. The process of filing a claim to even in hopes get my money for all of my belongings being ruined by mice poop and dead mice is also ridiculous. I never write reviews but this needs to be a warning for anyone planning on using them, be cautious and fully aware that your things will be ruined by the infestation they have here, the photos below are just a few things that were ruined. There was so much more.

I would just like to highly recommend this place to anyone in the market for a storage unit. I worked exclusively with Robert, the manager, and the entire process was as smooth as butter. He was the best. I wish more places in the world that dealt with the public had managers half as good as Robert. Thank you, sir, for your time and getting me all squared away.

OMG I can’t say enough great things about this location!!! I used to store some of our belongings in one of the Kentucky locations, and the difference between that location’s manager versus Croookshank’s manager, Robert, is just night and day. He was extraordinary!! Not to mention, when he gave me the tour, the facility is spotless and you can tell he likely runs a tight ship there, but his kindness, professionalism, and just overall amazing demeanor was a breath of fresh air! I am so happy that I am making the switch!! Robert himself played a huge role in that decision.

The manager is an absolute sweetheart and helped to make sure I got the best unit possible to suit my needs. The area is very well kept and clean as well as the units. 10/10 recommend
