Christian was very professional and helpful. I was pleased to see her walking around and cleaning the place up that was very good to see that there's a property manager that actually cares about her job and does what she's supposed to to keep the place nice and clean and kept up. It gave me a good feeling about storing my belongings here. She answered every question I had and was very helpful with the transition from inside to an outside unit she explained everything to me and made sure I understood everything which is so important. I really think she's an awesome property manager and definitely deserve recognition for her dedication to the job.

Great rental experience! Everything was smooth from the beginning to the end the property manager Christian is awesome she went above and beyond to get us the unit we was wanting so nice and very professional!

Very frustrating experience. I went there twice and still couldn’t find my storage unit. The directions and layout are extremely confusing, and there’s no clear signage to help locate the units. Even worse, the office was closed both times I visited—during normal business hours—and there was no one around to assist me.

I've been a tenant at this location for some time and have seen the recent changes under new management. The property is generally well-maintained, and when issues arise, management is responsive and works to address them. I've personally witnessed the property manager take the time to listen to tenants—something that goes a long way. She’s attentive, approachable, and genuinely tries to help when she can. Overall, a solid experience with a team that makes an effort.
