Contacted this location through Google looking for a gear box on my Cutlass supreme and a worker name Jennifer helped me so much on locating a part i was having trouble finding. She could have just told me what I seen was available online but she went over and beyond. Wish I stayed closer so I could thank her personally but you have a great worker on hands. She needs to be recognized for her job services.
Understaffed but you wouldn't know it, they take excellent care of you. Only online orders on Saturday & closed Sunday until fully staffed! *This was 9 mos ago things have changed.
Showed up at 8am on Sunday because I need a part. It states you are open at 8am but your door says 9am. Now I have to sit and wait 30 minutes. Please update google to reflect this. This is very frustrating to customers.

The staff at NAPA ridge are so friendly snd very helpful. I had a dead battery and Shane went above and beyond and changed battery. He was such a delightful and knowledgeable young man and NAPA is lucky to have such a great employee. Thanks again Shane fir all your help.
Airline broke on truck while delivering to a neighboring store, went in, didn’t have part I needed, D.T. called other stores, found it, had somebody go pick it up, came out to truck about 20-25 minutes later to let me know it arrived, paid for it, put it on and I was on my way. If only other stores would offer customer service like that…… Thanks D.T.
