Had to order the part I needed from another location, but when I went to pick it up they said it was unavailable. To make it right they sold me an in stock part that was $50 more for the same price. Very pleased with the service, definitely using them again.
These guys are awesome!!!! So we had an emergency situation. The drive shaft popped out of my truck on the highway and this particular Napa had my part in stock ( the only store in the whole Cincinnati area. They went out of their way to do whatever they could to help us. Awesome employess and customer satisfaction.
Don't ever go there ,I have purchased a tool from there and they said it has life time warranty on it and I went the parking lot to use it did break from the first used so I walked back to them to replace it and they told that they can't replace it because it's not a tool fault it's my fault and if I want I can purchase another one!!!!! Highly un recommended

These guys Rock! I think they sell the Best Batteries. Have always had great luck with them. They have the knowledge and great quality in parts. Always helpful.
Not a great place to by parts.Sales people didn't know what they were doing and was not helpful at all.Only reason I gave a 1 start rating is because convent.Would not recomend. At 1 point sales rep was arguing with over a part number that she said she had 2 over and was trying to sell me a different part that clearly was not the same.Not to mention slow like watching paint dry.
