PODS Moving & Storage

We had an excellent experience with PODS today thanks to Diego, our delivery driver. He provided outstanding customer service and went above and beyond to make the delivery smooth and stress-free. We live in an apartment complex with limited space, and Diego skillfully maneuvered the truck into a tight spot without any issues. His professionalism, patience, and expertise really made a difference. Thank you, Diego—we truly appreciate your hard work! And thank you, PODS, for providing such reliable service. Simple and easy process overall! Each driver we worked with was super friendly and ensured that we knew they were coming. They did great dropping off the PODS and getting our stuff back to us. The only complaint I have is that the POD pick up from my first location was very late and I would have liked more communication on this. I also had my lamp broken but I kind of expected something to break during the move. I’d recommend this service if you are moving from one state to another and have a place to live prior to moving. We did have to wait a week to get my things, but that was fine for me because my fiancé and I previously lived in a house before I moved for my internship for a year!

This is my first time using PODS and living in downtown Cincinnati I was a bit nervous about the logistics of getting my unit delivered. Diego showed up right on time and safely and expertly dropped my unit off without a hitch. I can’t thank him enough for his professionalism and expertise. I will be using PODS again!

I got the pod for 4 weeks was my plan. Felt the price was fair since they delivered & pickup when done using it. Better than renting a storage. Had to keep it for 3 more days. Easy to do & again price was better than I expected. Kept me updated on when it was going to be picked up and on time. Have a small driveway and they got in perfect

We were given a 3-hr window for when the pod would be dropped off and Diego came to deliver the pod right away at the earliest time possible. He was so kind and extremely helpful figuring out the exact spot to place the pod to avoid trees and powerlines. He took the time afterward to show us how to open the pod, properly disperse weight throughout the pod (when packing it), and how to lock it up. He was very patient when explaining everything and answering our questions. He came right away three days later to pick the pod up with no issues or delays! Highly recommend him for your next pod delivery!

I want to let your company know the great customer service I rev'd from your drivers. My apology as I'm in a bit of chaos due to the move so I don't remember your drop off drivers name. Dave S did the pickup today and he also provided great customer service. Your company is lucky to have them both on your team!

Despite many reviews that had me concerned, we had a great experience. PODS were easy to schedule online, and I was able to reach customer service via phone easily as well and they were very helpful and friendly. The containers were delivered on time and were in good shape, both on the loading and unloading end. We tried to use another local company at first, but it didn't work out and we ended up being forced to PODS, which I'm glad happened as we had a great experience and the pricing was better.
