Faith was absolutely amazing to work with! From the moment I walked in, she made everything quick, easy, and stress-free. She took the time to answer all my questions, explained the options clearly, and made sure I got exactly what I needed. You can tell she really cares about the customers — super friendly, professional, and just great energy all around. The facility itself is clean, secure, and well-kept, but Faith's customer service is what really sets this place apart. Highly recommend asking for her if you stop in!

There are many issues when using this place for storage of your valuable belongings. Firstly, I pay for a controlled climate environment. It's is ALWAYS extremely hot & humid throughout the entire building. Much too hot & humid for many valuable & sensitive items that I store here. This HAS to change NOW or steps will be taken. Secondly, the floors are ALWAYS filthy. I've been here a long time now & I had important items ruined just from lightly grazing the floors surface. These places should be regularly swept AND MOPPED to easily take care of this ridiculous flaw on business practice. Thirdly, homeless ppl are ALWAYS walking around inside, standing at their unit for HOURS multiple days throughout the weeks & months. The bathrooms are either locked for no use at all or are DESTROYED by the less fortunate who are allowed to just hang out here. Please...management/ownership...take some pride & show some value in the business that you operate. You should be embarrassed by how things are handled here. The good reviews for this place are obviously & blatantly people being asked to place a good review by friends of management & ownership because there is simply no way folks are pleased the the way things are done.

Harley was super friendly and helpful. The unit was easy to find and clean. Would recommend renting a unit with her.

Not really their fault but the last river overflow made it a bit difficult to make my way to the facility because it is near the river, but once I negotiated a clear path to the facility, it is a really nice indoor storage place with big doors to pull into and offload items to store. The only thing I would appreciate would be signs to direct you through the somewhat maze-like corridors to help find your storage unit. Other than that I am very pleased with it.
