i had a great experience at this Public Storage location. Harris at the front desk was extremely helpful, professional, and friendly throughout the entire process. He explained everything clearly, made the move-out smooth, and provided excellent customer service. Really appreciate his support — highly recommend this place because of staff like Harris!

Let me just say I was very impressed by Ms. Peyton!!! First time seeing an employee there; I was dropping a few items off, she stoped what she was doing and asked if I had any questions or needed help!!! I can tell you you have a great young employee who lives working for this company!!! That is hard to find these days. Happy to have her there!!!

The people who own and operate this facility are either incompetent, dishonest, or both. They were never present on the property to answer questions or address problems. In addition, when we signed up, they claimed that Orange Door insurance was required. It is not required by the contract or by the policies of Public Storage. September update: We are from out of town, so visited our unit for the first time after move in a few days ago. The interior was covered with chunks of deteriorating cieling insulation and orange paint flakes. The rope to pull down the door was gone. Apparently, maintenance is not a priority here.
