Shaniya in the copy center is a wonderful employee who genuinely cares about customers and makes sure they get the results they went there for. She went out of her way to make sure a file that I couldn't figure out how to convert and print to a ledger size was done correctly. She saved me a lot a grief this week and can't thank her enough again. By the way this was late in the day on Labor Day when most people understanda ly wouldn't have the most positive attitude, but not her, she was such a pleasure to work with.

Today these amazing employees went above and beyond! Just needed to print a pdf and my phone died, couldn't get my car charger to work I'm almost in tears when I decided to just go inside. I was treated with kindness and patience we don't often see nowadays. Thank you Shaniya J and others! You deserve the world!

I run my own small business and have been to this staples location for different things like business cards, getting print outs laminated and more. The staff is always friendly, extremely helpful and gets work done FAST. Thank you all!

Good selection of items. Store is clean and well organized. I’m generally rewarded when I keep my eyes open for sales and deals.

I came into the store to get a banner printed off and waited like 5 minutes before the lady came back to the counter after she seen me and another customer come into the store. Anyway I asked about the banner she was very nonchalant didn’t even ask like she wanted to help me. So I proceeded to ask about the banners she told me that I had to go online to do it. She never assists to show me or anything of that nature she proceeded to pretend like she was still doing something in the store around the store. She was walking over to another customer. I’m asking where the banner was at she pointed down on around the corner from where I was standing when I tell you, her customer service sucked, and she showed that she did not want to assist me and no shape former fashion. I wanted my banner done today. She told me that due to her being too busy she couldn’t do it today. It’s only 12:20 pm as I speak p.m. and they don’t close until 5 o’clock. She doesn’t have a line there’s not a lot of people in the store besides me and another customer. If she didn’t want to do the banner, I’m not understanding. Why would she tell me to go online to proceed to do and make the banner but again once I started putting the banner in or trying to figure it out on my own that’s when her name by the way is Cheyenne, tell me she can’t do it today and it is same day services for the banners. This location has never been a problem to me but I see that Their employees do not like their job. I will not come here ever again.

I truly had a 5 ⭐️experience at the Paxton Ave. location today. Store 1134 And I pray the store managers, exes, and all the higher ups see this! I asked an associate where I could find red sticker dots and she gave me exact locations without hesitation. And I’m dead serious, they were in that exact location! I then asked where plastic display stands were, she replied, "oh for like marketing?" Once again knew exactly where those were as well! She never let the register area didn’t ask anyone else. She just knew. Okay so… when I came up to the register with only the stands I was telling her the sticker dots were a bit expensive. She says, "Oh we price match!" Tahaziah proceeds to look up each item and in fact found them for a more affordable price! Knowledge, pleasant, upbeat, personable! She says, "I’m so happy to help you." Like this was honestly thee best heartfelt customer service I did not expect shopping at Staples! Her name is: TAHAZIAH and she said she had just started working at this location! Just amazing!

My STAPLES truly IS the place. I came. I saw, and I purchased. With the expert attention to detail and my desires, I made one of the most comfortable, beautiful, red and black , gaming chairs ever made. The warranty, the assemble, the taking it to my car AND securing it, just made my day. kudos to staff members Jeremy AND Walter for above and beyond customer service !!
