I sent my LG short throw projector to HDTech after the colors started malfunctioning and the screen would occasionally go black. Since no repair shops in Las Vegas could handle it, I decided to ship it to them — and I’m so glad I did. They were able to fully repair it, and when it came back, the image looked clean, crisp, and practically brand new. The projector was also packaged extremely well for return shipping, which I really appreciated. I’ll admit I was a bit nervous after reading some mixed reviews, but my experience was excellent. Joy was super responsive and kept me updated throughout the process, especially while waiting for a backordered part. Overall, the repair took a little over a month, well worth the wait.

Sent in my LG OLED monitor 39GS95QE-B TWICE for RMA due to a static half screen issue. The first time they sent me back the monitor with the problem unsolved. The second time they sent back the monitor with a damaged coating and completely missing accessories and power adapter so I couldn't even check if the repair worked. LG needs to stop using them as a contracted repair provider, because they're not doing a very good job at fixing things at all especially for something that costs a few hundred.

hello all.... i personally am big with reviews i always check them and look through them so i tend to post a review when i can. that being said i want to say thank you Joy Zhou which was my tech. the problem i had with my LG 45GS96QB-B.AUS is the same as Thai Khong in the first review half of my screen was static and when i moved the screen it would fix but then mess up a bit later. glad it was covered by my warranty. this came with my first issue was telling the rep my issue and the chat rep advised me it was my wires when i knew it wasnt i checked on other monitors and it was not the wire or my computer but they told me to switch out the wire so i went and bought another digital video cord which to no avail as the prob was still there which i knew it would be. i reached out again and they advised i needed to send it in for repair which is what i wanted and they assisted me with setting up the ticket. now this is where the real problem came and why 1 reason its not a 5 star review. i had to get my own box and packaging to send it in i asked a couple times reaching out 2-3 times to ask if a box could be sent as i could not find one that fit the tv correctly as its a wide curve monitor but they could not send me a box but did offer to pay for one if i bought it i just provide them the reciept which is nice but not the issue i was facing i ended up getting a box that just fit the tv very snug which i wrapped it in so much bubble wrap lol but i was NERVOUS as it was not very safe as much as i tried to package it safely. then i read the comments after i send it in and i track it on LG repair and see that someone had my issue but for Thai Khong it was not fixxed and it was sent in 2-3 times so i started to panic. i read more reviews and this location did not sound safe i even read a review about Joy Zhong leaving screws out and she was my tech i started calling but they did not answer which was my 2nd issue other then fedex delievery notifications they do not inform you of any updates on the repair which is unsetteling to say the least especially with a $1600.00 monitor but the next day i got a fedex message about a return shipment my tv was being sent back already so fast in a matter of 2 weeks they got it and fixxed it and sent it back i have it put up again and it works great the static is gone and no scratches everything looks perfect i want to thank Joy for taking care of this so fast and perfectly and let everyone else know although there are some bad reviews my current experience was pretty smooth and everything worked out great!!!

UPDATE: Neither my son or my myself have a voicemail, or an email from you. He will be sending you an email now. Sent in an LG Monitor for warranty repair. The box was shipped back with nothing in it. Trying to reach someone to see how to resolve this. Been trying to call, emailed and have heard nothing. Please let us know what we can do. This monitor was $800.

These guys are legit. They fixed my JBL Charge 4 and it works like new again. A lot less wasteful and more affordable than buying a new unit. From shipping my unit from NYC and receiving it back it took about 2-weeks. I couldn't find a whole lot of information on them nor was there a lot of communication with the business, but it came recommended through ChatGPT and it worked like a charm. If I ever have issues with my electronics again I will certainly keep them in mind.

Sent in an LG Gaming Monitor to be repaired via LG's warranty process. Happy to report that they left the monitor in a better condition than they found it: they cleaned off the screen, fixed the no picture issue, and repackaged everything neatly (better than I had done when I shipped it out). Can't speak to how the employees are as I didn't really communicate with them but I appreciate the respect they extended to my item. Item was returned in approximately two weeks as I was estimated as well. No complaints! I hope I don't have to send something else in but if I do it seems like my stuff will be in good hands.

LG is using this company to repair my monitor. I haven't heard anything from them, and we are at 6 weeks for this repair. I called the number LG provided on the order several times only to have someone pick up the phone and hang up on me several times. I was told by an LG rep I would be contacted by the tech to clarify the issue with the monitor, but I have not heard from anyone.
