These folks are awesome. Bobby and a gentleman whose name I didn’t get provided exceptional customer service and helped me figure out the issues I was having with my vehicle. Would give 6 starts if I could.

I had a very positive experience @ Advance Auto Parts and I would like to say, "Thanks", to the employees for having a wonderful smile and being a great help to me each time I was there. Thank you for the over all experience . I visited the store 3 times in 1 days and they were just as thoughtful and courteous each time and I will definitely go back and I have told lots of my friends how they helped me find what I needed and they even carried it for me to the checkout and to my car, because I am disabled ♿ and they extended a helpful hand to me. They made sure I didn't have any problems getting it to my car !! VERY THOUGHTFUL EMPLOYEES @ ADVANCE AUTO PARTS! THANKS AGAIN FOR EVERYTHING AND YOUR KINDNESS !!!

I bought 2 new batteries for my F250 diesel. The staff were very professional and installed them quickly. I didn't have the tools and I have a bad back so that was a great service to me. I didn't have any wait at all and was back on the road in less than 15 min. That's changing two batteries not just one.

Very helpful. I am an elderly 73 year old woman. I know very little about my car. My son took care of all that but he is deceased now. The customer service personnel was so kind and patient with me. He did a battery check and an engine diagnostic . Solved some problems and printed a cost assessment of the remaining problems with my car. He put my mind at rest. It was a better day after my visit to this Advance Auto store.

I wish I got the name of the gentlemen who helped us. It was raining out and our battery died. He was so helpful running the tests on our van, helped with the battery, explained everything to my husband so he understood what was going on. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. This was Sunday morning, 10-16. And we even made it to church on time!

Julie was a great help! She took out a stubborn spark plug from my weedwacker and located a new one, replaced it and did not charge me for any of this work. The folks there have always been amazingly helpful whenever I visit. Thanks to Julie and the gang for their great service!
