Had to replace some bolts on my brakes. A young girl pointed us to a small selection on an aisle. No luck. As we were walking out Micheal Bowers approached and asked if he could help. He found the bolts in the back. Excellent service and a nice guy. I'll be back. Thank you Micheal.

I had the best experience today, I went in and needed my battery checked Destiny was so sweet and helpful! Checked my battery and alternator! Steve was also very nice and changed my battery! Their customer service is top notch!

If you ever need to experience acts of kindness along side five star car assistance, take a trip to see a most incredible team made up of George, Greg and Tiffany at Auto Zone, off Riverside Drive. Not only did they troubleshoot my battery problem, they also made sure my alternator was good. They took care to assist with my key fob battery install as well as taking care of my windshield wipers, too. They did all of this with extreme patience and kindness. And, to top all of this, Tiffany took care to assist a customer trying to rescue a dog from the extreme heat by providing dog treats and her own sweatshirt to cuddle and calm the scared dog. All in a day’s work for these exceptional individuals. They made my day special. Thank you!

Excellent service here. Went in to grab some headlamps, and the gentleman behind the counter helped me find all the bulbs, and was very helpful. A rare thing these days..

My fiancé, 2 children & myself were on our way back home to Nebraska when we had a problem with our car. We were outside the store for 3.5hrs & the store manager, Steven R. was an absolute blessing!! He went out of his way to keep coming out to the car to help us, and ultimately was the reason we were able to get the car fixed to get home. He was incredibly kind & patient. I called this autozone yesterday because I had another autozone that replaced my aux battery to disconnect both batteries negative to reset the aux code. This autozone said they can do it so I drove to it today to get it done. Now they say they can't. I'll be going to a different more competent zone.
