I had a great experience at this store today. I came in very stressed about my cell phone issues and Neil did a great job helping me. Even though the store was busy, he took the time to patiently trouble shoot with me and suggest a much less costly alternative. Every employee I've encountered there, including the Geek Squad, has been polite and kind. I highly recommend this store, especially for those like me who find technology anxiety-inducing.

I bought 5 TVs. 4 65 inch and 1 75 inch. When I brought them home, it was raining lightly. It rained a little bit when I put the TV in the car. But after driving for 1 minute, the rain stopped. My store is only a 5 minute drive away. When I got home and opened the box, one of the TVs was broken. Today I went back and wanted to exchange the TV but the staff said they couldn't exchange it because I picked up the TV when it was raining. I told her that it's the same whether it's raining or sunny because the TV's screen was broken when I opened it, not because it got wet in the rain. If the TV couldn't work because of the rain, I would accept it. But it still works and the screen was broken when I opened the box. I advise you to check the product before taking it out of the store when you buy it here. And I don't like her attitude, maybe because I'm Asian. If possible, I would give her 0 stars. 1 star is still high.I left the broken TV and hope she doesn't sell it to anyone.and what shocked me the most was after i asked her where my receipt was she took it out of the trash.omg.i think best buy should get rid of such rude employees.

Knowledgeable, helpful crew. My online order was filled in less than 20 minutes after placing it through the mobile app. Even though it was just one item, that's still super fast. Had FedEx been able to do their job correctly I wouldn't have needed to make this trip but since they've lost the very item I'm picking up, twice already, after I got the email saying delivery has been delayed I decided just to make the drive and pick it up at the nearest available location. I was surprised to see that AstroBot for PS5 wasn't on the shelf but after asking if they had sold out, I was informed that there are still a few that haven't reached the shelf. The product displays are also super eye catching throughout the whole store.

Went in looking for a Bluetooth turntable and a Bluetooth speaker. The gentlemen that helped me said it wasn't designed to work that way. That I needed a router that the Bluetooth didn't work directly to the speaker. I left because after doing weeks of research I realized they didn't know what they were talking about. And no gents not everyone is looking for your high commission TV's. Needless to say I went to your competitor just down the street and bought the exact turntable and a Bluetooth speaker after they were willing to pair it just to satisfy my worries.

Pretty annoyed with Best Buy. Got me signed up for a credit card and a membership I wasn't even asked if I wanted, was just told it would benefit me (it hasn't). I've been waiting weeks for a remote starter to be put in just for them to cancel the order and send back the parts. When I called and asked why Larry said "it's because someone here didn't extend the pickup for the parts because the original install date was rescheduled." So the reschedule wasn't the problem its because someone didn't extend the pickup. Larry didn't try to resolve the problem. If you do business here just make sure they do what they're supposed to do. Oh, and good luck with getting someone on the phone in a reasonable amount of time.
