Absolutely fantastic experience with Clarksville Lock Storage! Olivia was an absolute gem—her people skills are truly top-notch, making the entire process pleasant and easy from start to finish. I rented an rv space for our RV storage, and the price was excellent, especially considering the quality of the facility. Move-in was quick and smooth, just as promised. Highly recommend!

The best place to go ms. Olivia is the best one to work with. She is the best worker out there. She takes care of you very polite and everybody there. Helps you out even when you are a little bit late. They are the best storage unit in Clarksville.

I have used this storage place for the last 3.5 years. It was very convenient, safe and friendly. Over the phone billing, which was easier while I was stationed at different locations. The staff is helpful, offers a military discount and a multiple month payment discount. Highly recommend this storage place. They sell locks, rent trucks and trailers, have tons of different types of storage all the way from open air, to drive through garages. Thanks Clarksville Lock and Storage for keeping my mustang safe for the past 3 1/2 years!!

I have used Clarksville storage for years and never had any issues. Even when I didn’t need the storage unit no more, the move out cancelation was no hassle and great with the staff.

I deal with a lot of people but let me tell you what, Olivia has to be one of the best that I have dealt with in a long time. She was amazing and she made sure everything was taken care of for my Rental. The owners of Clarksville Lock and Storage should be very grateful they have someone like her working for them.

Originally reserved a storage unit online at a different location. They ended up not having it and asked me if this location would work for me. I agreed and I’m glad I did! The lady that helped us out was the best! Outstanding customer service and helped us out with everything we needed. She even walked down to our unit and gave my wife and I bottled water on a hot summer day. I would HIGHLY recommend this storage facility, everything went smooth, couldn’t be happier.
