I had a great experience at GameStop thanks to Omar! He was super helpful and friendly from start to finish. He helped me pick out the perfect console and explained all the details clearly. I also ended up getting the Pro Membership, which he recommended and it’s definitely worth it — great perks and savings. Excellent customer service and a smooth buying experience. Highly recommend asking for Omar if you visit this store!

So I pre-ordered a game that came out today on September 30th and when I got there the lady said "that the back area had been so full of boxes that they haven't had time to take them out and it would take her a few days for her to find my game possibly and give me a call" That's not how that should work when a game releases you should have it out and ready for people to buy. Now I see why people tell me not to pre-order

Hey gamers, I would NOT recommend this GameStop facility, I had a particularly troubling experience. The employee I spoke to was extremely apathetic towards my gamer needs. I asked POLITELY if they had the hit upcoming game "Cape Cod Fishing Adventure" and when expressing my disappointment when AMANDA told me she did not have it. I was rudely hung up on, and I can't help but feel like she was making fun of my lisp. MY LISP IS NOT COMICAL IN ANY WAY, SHAPE, OR FORM. MY BRACES MAKE IT TO WHERE I FEEL LIKE MY TEETH ARE TOO BIG FOR MY MOUTH, WHICH CAUSES MY SEVERE MISPRONUNCIATION OF WORDS. I am not satisfied with my experience today, do not go here if you are serious about your gaming AND OR if you have a speech impediment. OtakuGamer (on steam) out.

Nice enough people but I waited for 20 minutes for service while one guy dealt with a crap ton of trade ins and the other guy ignored us. Was going to buy 2 ps5 remotes and new Pokémon game but now going to the other GameStop. Just walked out

Lol employees are great GameStop is absolutely terrible... they selling little bundles of pokemon that is $50 per box for $149.99.....that is flat out insane. I'm confused how Gamestops stay open

Definitely the best GameStop in town. Always good customer service and they have the best / biggest inventory.

Worst business ever leave a sign on the door says be back soon been standing out here for over an hour along with other people coming and going why the goofy person behind the counter just plays around on the computer because apparently they can’t get their life straight. I will never do business with these people again.
