Love the fact that there is always someone to help you! If they can't help you locate it, you don't need it... Seriously, they have a huge inventory. The customer service is NOT lacking here.

Hardware Store is awesome, they have everything you need to get the job done. They are so customer friendly and very helpful to show you where everything is. And they also tell you how to get the job done. Great business, Mary.

I have yet to be told they dont have what i need. I searced for a specific paint that was out everywhere. I searced all over clarksville and found it at Hardware City with a price that was equal to Walmart. Ive searched for specific hardware or electrical equipment with the same results. I even went in one time looking for a heating element for a old stove and they had exactly what i needed. Ask at the counter and the employees will likely walk you directly to the exact item you are searching for.

Whenever we walked in we were rudely met by an employee that followed us around the entire time we were there. We could not comfortably shop for what we were looking for and I would not recommend this place for anyone.

Had to go buy some items for my water heater. Good prices, good people

Store has way too many skus. Their employees didn't even know they don't have cinderblocks. Got the opportunity to wait in line 8 minutes to discover that. After I had already asked an employee about it.

I've only been here a handful of times, but when I do, I walk out satisfied. They have a great variety of hardware and other things. I usually go looking for something hard to find and find what I need. Check 'em out. They have very helpful and knowledgeable staff.
