ENTER DRIVEWAY ON RHS OF TSC TO TURNING APRON AND CONCRETE DOCK BEHIND TSC. DOCK ENTRANCE GATE WILL BE LOCKED UNTIL MORNING. YELLOW GUIDELINES ON WALL AND IN FRONT OF DOCK BOTH SIDES. THERE WILL BE LOTS OF TRAILER PULLUPS TO LINE UP WITH DOCK. WILL HAVE TO MOVE TRAILER REAR PAST YELLOW POLE BY STAIRCASE ON RIGHT TO OPEN TLR DOORS. METAL RISERS IN FRONT OF DOCK. TO UNLOAD I MOVED MY TANDEMS PINS 10 HOLES BACK FROM FULL FORWARD TO MAKE LEVEL WITH DOCK. AFTER UNLOADING MOVE TANDEMS FULL FORWARD BEFORE LEAVING. SWING WIDE RIGHT LEAVING DOCK AREA SO YOU DONT CRUSH THE FENCELINE WITH TRAILER. P.S. IF USXPRESS DRIVER REMOVE ANY COVERING FROM INTERIOR CAMERA LENS AT TAIL OR NOSE. THIS IS USED BY LOAD PLANNERS TO CHECK THAT A TLR IS EMPTY OR STILL LOADED. NOT TO SPY ON SHIPPERS OR RECEIVERS.

Grace, the Incompetent "manager" REFUSED to refill Propane on my food trailer. She stated Food Truckers had to remove the 2-100lbs. ..Welded on tank- cages, & be placed on the ground to be filled, at tractor supply. Which is very WRONG since, we have had these same food truck tanks, filled here at this SAME location, for literally 3 YEARS every other weekend, or so! WE HAVE PURCHASED THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS WORTH OF PROPANE AT THIS TRACTOR SUPPLY LOCATION! NEVER, NOT EVEN 1 TIME- HAS TRACTOR SUPPLY MADE FOOD TRUCKS REMOVE THEIR TANKS TO BE FILLED! #1-ITS IMPOSSIBLE! #2-TS WANTED OUR MONEY FOR SAID PROPANE! There is usually 2 very professional young men that have us filled up, & on our way within a reasonable time frame. Grace is clearly uncomfortable filling Propane & needs Training in doing her job! She was argumentative & lied to our faces! She refused to even get another TS employee that has Propane Knowledge & able to complete the service & SHE SAID SHE WAS THE MANAGER, HOWEVER her unprofessional demeanor was far from management material. She could barely ring up customers inside the store, before walking to the Propane refill station, 45 MINUTES after we & another customer requested Propane service! She also made us wait another 20 minutes, because she said there was thunder, on a VERY Clear Hot Sunny Day! SHE MOVED LIKE A SNAIL, THE ENTIRE 45 MINUTE WAIT! Grace wasted our valuable time, When she just should have been HONEST about NOT KNOWING HOW TO REFILL PROPANE...There was NO REASON to insult our intelligence because of her VISIBLE LAZINESS! If Grace is a manager, She desperately NEEDS TO BE RE-TRAINED WITH EXTRA ATTENTION TO HER CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS! I highly DOUBT tractor supply would place someone like Grace in a management position...The other employees must be very embarrassed if that, is their boss! WE WILL BE TAKING OUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE AS GRACE IS A DISGRACE TO TRACTOR SUPPLY CLARKSVILLE! She must be related to someone that was valuable to TS in the past or currently because I seriously do not understand how she is employed at tractor supply and can't do any of the work & is argumentative with customers, When SHE IS WRONG! TRACTOR SUPPLY SPRINGFIELD FILLED OUR FOOD TRUCK TANKS WITH ZERO ISSUES OR REMOVING THE WELDED ON TANKS! Springfield apologized for "Grace's incompetence" & We will remain loyal customers to tractor supply, but we will Not be returning to this location. While "Grace" is a major issue... The parking lot is VERY cluttered as well...Trucks have little room to maneuver. This location puts trailers & other items in parking spots blocking the back row of customer parking...instead of placing them on the grassy area where other Properly managed Tractor Supply stores place them! Clarksville TS also has various outside sellers/vendors doing business on the full left side of the already cluttered & very small parking lot! It's very difficult for large trucks especially those pulling trailers. I certainly hope CORPORATE TRACTOR SUPPLY TAKES A LOOK AT ITS CLARKSVILLE LOCATION!

Unbelievable! I buy 4 Health dog food and at this particular location they're only offering ripped dog food that has been taped up at a discount. It's the same food that was there the last i bought dog food. The manager pretending as if you have an option to buy either the damaged food or undamaged, but they only had damaged. Who would buy stale potatoe chips 10% off? I wouldn't buy stale food if it were giving to me. So?I was forced to buy different type because my only option was to buy damaged/ stale food for my dogs!infuriating is putting it nicely. This manager needs to be fired immediately

I've had very good service between two different stores with an online pick up order and a ship to store order for black Friday. Their communications by phone, email and text notifications were very fast and effective. I am impressed and will come back for more.

Well kept neat, clean and organized. Store has many items you can't find under one roof. Staff was quick to help and even went with you to help find what ever your looking for. Wish they were a bit bigger.

I love me some Tractor Supply mainly because it’s small and quick, impersonal at each and every store. I like the fact that on the weekends, they have a veterinarian that comes to give shots for the animals at various locations around the states. Great business model.
