Lithionics Battery

I really can’t say enough good things about Lithionics as a company… Having worked with a lot of different lithium battery manufacturers over the last few years, I can say from experience that what these guys are doing really is something special. Stephen’s personal involvement to ensure the success of each and every battery build speaks volumes to his integrity and the product speaks for itself! Thank you guys for the support on our off-grid mobile medical clinic project. This was a great humanitarian project that will supply power to mobile clinics across Puerto Rico. Looking forward to our next project!

I own a Newmar Newaire RV with two 560Ah Lithionics batteries. I was having issues with my solar system and started my research by calling Lithionics customer support (that’s an oxymoron). I was directed to send Brandon screenshots from my phone. The receptionist wasn’t clear exactly what I should send so I sent several screenshots of everything I thought relevant. The response I got was that the batteries looked fine, make sure I adhered to the charger settings in the attachment and who did I buy the system from. I responded answering his questions and asked a few more questions. No response. I called once more and sent him two more emails. That was roughly two weeks ago. Still no response. You would think when you buy $10,000 worth of batteries you would rate a call or at least an email in response. I won’t be outfitting my new coach with Lithionics!!

I recently purchased 4 125 ah batteries from Lithionics and was very impressed with the staff and the owner Steve. Steve called me from his personal cell phone and answered all my questions. He also included some pricey items for free with the batteries. Jackson was also a great help when I had issues with the way a previous owner had wired the charger in my rv. The batteries are preforming as advertised and I am very happy.

Battery sold to me by Barneys Seadoo in Clearwater April 2013 for $399. Failed Oct 2014 Phil Silberhorn marketing manager at Lithionics stated " but for $249 we will replace it" Said if used in Seadoo watercraft it must be turned off after each use and turned on for next use to prevent battery failure. How convenient is that? This battery can only be charged by a lithium battery charger and according to Phil Silberhorn they are very cheap. Why not include them with the $399 battery ? The battery was marketed as lifetime. That is much longer than the 16 months it lasted and the total lack of customer service I have ever experienced. One manager got up and walked out saying he has heard this story over and over from many customers and has other things to do. Consider this purchase very carefully. This company loves only the one they see looking back while shaving. NO WARRANTY LISTED ON WEBSITE FOR BATTER SHOULD TIP YOU OFF

It would appear that the 5 star reviews are from customers from before Lithionics was bought out by Winnebego.

Great support throughout the process (diagnosis and replacement) of my RV battery that had a battery management system problem when new.

I would like to thank Lithionics for the excellent products that I purchased and the support that followed during the installation.
