Staples

I was in the store today and the lady working in the printing department was very rude to the customers. They also handle Amazon returns and the employee handling them was very snappy with everyone in line. This is not the first time I have felt unwelcome bringing my Amazon returns here. They act like it’s an inconvenience to do this. Staples should reconsider their contract with Amazon if their employees are going to be disgruntled. Otherwise, the store is fine. It’s only when I deal with this department that I have negative reviews.

I had to make an emergency run to Staples as my black ink decided to run out of ink. Ugh! Before heading to Staples I checked on the levels of the other colors. They were low as well. I get to Staples and walked in. I found where the inks were. I know that they price match ( not Amazon. Ebay and other 3rd party businesses) Staples online and some others, which i don't remember what they were. A staff member walked by and asked if I needed help. I asked who I could price match with. Of course, the Staples app was the cheapest. I asked another staff member how or where do I get the 5 pack inks as the case was empty but with a picture of that item. She went to the back and gave it to the cashier. The cashier was very nice. I showed him the price match and paid for the inks. The store was clean. Easy to get to.

This was my second time at this location, first time to return a package, easy process nothing complicate, but yesterday I need the services from the printer department , poor customer service it was a line and I can tell he treated every customer in a different way, when was my turn even the job was something they cannot do she just sit gave her back no eye contact and just very rude not t for the service that I was requesting,

One of the best customer service I have ever had. The gentleman told me to stay put and he would bring the item to me. He brought two items for me to chose from. He had helped me two prior days with a item they did not have in stock but told me he could have it for me within 24 hours. He was right. It was there and I was pleased with my purchase.

Went in to pick up emailed copies of my contracts. Emailed the night before and showed up at 4pm. Austin told me because I emailed i was not assured of getting my copies. They had not printed yet. I ask him if he had the email, he looked and said no at first and then said he found it. I said can you print them now? He looked at me discussed and said i guess. Need to retrain him on customer service. Will go to Kernersville next time. Worst customer service ever.

The worst Staples in the triad hands down. Went in to return 2 Amazon orders. Gentleman acted like he didn't even want to be there much less help anyone. Anyway after finding the place to actual return the orders he informed me that I needed to take the boxes with me. I had never had to do that before. Hard to understand a store that clearly deals with paper and cardboard didn't have a place to discard this. Futhermore if this is the case maybe Staples or Amazon should tell us before we haul the full package, the way we received it, to the store for the return. This isn't the only problem I have ever had at this store but it will be the last. Pathetic.

The associate at the printing counter was terrible. She spoke to me in an incredibly rude and condescending tone. The manager was kind and understanding, but the printing associate ruined my trip. I will not be returning.
